Pancakes The Size of Your Plate!

I found Jimmy's via a Google search for local breakfast restaurants. When I travel I don't eat at chains, I like to try local places! Jimmy's is a place where many of the locals go to meet - the food is good, the serving size is huge, and the price is reasonable. My husband and I have visited there for breakfast and lunch and each time we end up sharing a meal and we never go away hungry. We intend to visit again shortly.

We have made several trips between Seattle and Great Falls, MT and we have yet to find some place to stop for breakfast. Searched the web and found Jimmy's, and because it was featured on DD&D's thought we had found something special......WRONG. The food (breakfast) was nothing special, I did notice that they offered huge cinnamon rolls, but I wanted... More

After reading previous reviews we hoped for a really special diner. What we got was adequate, but not special. We tried the Deep Fried Bacon as it is a signature appetizer. The bacon comes out with a thick panko coating, resulting in a nice crunch but relatively little bacon. Our entrees were Chicken and Dumplings and Chicken Fried Streak, a... More

Visited here with a group of 10 people on a Sunday morning waited about 15 minutes to get in. Once seated the staff are very friendly and helpful with the menu answering any questions. The food took a reasonable amount of time to arrive the prices are quite decent and the portions are huge. The quality though is quite lacking.... More

The food was excellent, the owners actually work at the restaurant and the are very friendly. We had the breakfast when we te there, but the lunch looked good also. They are open for only breakfast and lunch, we did get the pecan carmel roll but it was a little dry, next time we'll have to try the Big cinnamon... More

We went there for breakfast. The amount of food made me tap out and submit. Their go-to breakfast item is a pecan roll. MAMMOTH, HOT, DRIPPING WITH CARAMEL, DRENCHED IN BUUTER. Again, so you understand, it was REALLY BIG! My wife and I shared one, and couldn't finish it. I also had pancakes, which were delicious, and she had eggs... More

My wife and I both enjoyed this place for breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs meal and the wife had the veggie omlett, don't get the wrong idea, she also had bisquits and gravy. We both found the food to be good, but not outstanding.

This is our second stop at Jimmy's the past couple of months. The food is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the Duke sandwich both trips and it was wonderful. It has some of the best pulled pork I have ever eaten. My wife has tried the chicken fried steak and pulled pork sandwich. She enjoyed... More
