We were a group of 8 on a Sunday just before noon. There was a wait when we pulled up and they said it would be about 45 mins. No problem--we expected a wait with our large group anyway. We took a stroll and when we came back were seated at two tables. They were busy so we did wait... More

As you would expect in Idaho, delicious mashed potatoes with a nice flavorful gravy. The menu is divided into breakfast, lunch and dinner but you can order anything at any time. Very reasonable in price for good food.

We stopped at Grandma's for lunch on our way home to Boise from McCall. Restaurant was moderately busy but nothing unexpected for noon. Once seated it took ten minutes to get our menus, another 15 to order, and 30 minutes to get our food. A couple came in after us and had eaten and left before we had even ordered.... More

My wife and I stopped in in to eat August 2013. How can you go wrong with a name like that. The waitress was pleasant but when I got my food, A country fried steak, to my surprise it still had the paper on the bottom! What "Country" are they from? Then when brought to their attention all they did... More

Grandma's is the best restaurant in Cascade, ID. They have down to earth cooking and a wonderful attitude towards the guest. I would recommend Grandma's to everybody.

Very much like eating a home cooked meal. I had the pork chop dinner (2 thin chops). It was okay, but the portions could have been larger. For the price, it was adequate. The service was outstanding. It was okay and I would go again.

Stopped here in June with snow outside & we are in shorts. We had HOT coffee & tea with a HUGE cinnamon roll dripping with frosting & butter. It was SOO good! All you people in Cascade are really lucky to have a place like Grandma's. Wish we did here in Pgh. Pa.

This is your basic small-town diner. They were a little overwhelmed with customers when we were there but they were short-handed in the dining room. Our food came out quickly and was as-ordered. A great little spot for breakfast or lunch.

Cascade is a small town located about 30 minutes from McCall, Idaho which is a resort town. Grandma's is a long-time restaurant and almost every local person eats there. The food is home-cooking and usually very good. There is a Sub-Shop in Cascade, and many restaurants have come and gone over the years. Grandma's has survived many bad times in... More
