As far as I'm concerned, in Boise you can't really beat Casanova's Pizza. There are a couple of new pizza joints in town that I have not tried yet, but I doubt they are as good as Casanova. I'm hooked on the 'Capricciosa' pizza...and the salads rock too. It's a bit far from my house, but well worth the drive.

My friends who are Boise locals took me to this pizzeria my first day in town. What a great way to start my trip! I enjoyed the Medusa...gorganzola, pineapple, figs, and oil and garlic and it was awesome. Sweet and salty. The server was friendly, too. Definitely recommend!

Our family ate here after a disastrous earlier dinner at another restaurant. Pizza came out nice and well cooked with great flavor. Chef uses Guisto's flour (one of my all time favorites) and plenty of wood in their brick oven. Texture of the crust was great, sauce was a little too gamy for me. Inside, restaurant needs a little TLC... More

If you love thin chewy pizza crust with fresh ingredients hot out of the brick oven with an authentic delicious flavor, run, do not walk, to Casanova's. It's not fancy, but it's clean and the service is good. If you're lonesome for that famous East Coast pizza taste, texture and aroma, your tummy will be happy when you leave.

The Louis Prima is out of this world! Get a small so you can have a great Caesar or spinach salad. Plus they have Manny's Pale Ale on tap. My vision of heaven right here in Boise. Only bummer they're closed on Sunday.

I dont understand how this restaurant got so many rave reviews for their pizza. The sauce was tasteless, dough mushy, not much cheese and meat. Guido's off of main in downtown Boise runs circles around this place.

After seeing the reviews for Casanova here on trip advisor, I decided to try this and it didn't disappoint. There's a lot of good pizza places here in Boise, but Casanova and Smoky Mountain are two of the better, in my opinion. The pizza here was cooked to perfection, and for a small I was given a pretty good portion... More

Delicious wood fired pizza. Half of the pizza had a landslide and the other half wound up with a hole in the middle. They made it right by giving is a small Mondo pizza to go. Very delicious and worth the trip!

My gosh this is good pizza. How did Boise get so lucky! Marry me Louis Prima Suprima. Also had the Verde and the Medusa. Yummo.
