Our family ate here after a disastrous earlier dinner at another restaurant. Pizza came out nice and well cooked with great flavor. Chef uses Guisto's flour (one of my all time favorites) and plenty of wood in their brick oven. Texture of the crust was great, sauce was a little too gamy for me. Inside, restaurant needs a little TLC... More

If you love thin chewy pizza crust with fresh ingredients hot out of the brick oven with an authentic delicious flavor, run, do not walk, to Casanova's. It's not fancy, but it's clean and the service is good. If you're lonesome for that famous East Coast pizza taste, texture and aroma, your tummy will be happy when you leave.

The Louis Prima is out of this world! Get a small so you can have a great Caesar or spinach salad. Plus they have Manny's Pale Ale on tap. My vision of heaven right here in Boise. Only bummer they're closed on Sunday.

I dont understand how this restaurant got so many rave reviews for their pizza. The sauce was tasteless, dough mushy, not much cheese and meat. Guido's off of main in downtown Boise runs circles around this place.

After seeing the reviews for Casanova here on trip advisor, I decided to try this and it didn't disappoint. There's a lot of good pizza places here in Boise, but Casanova and Smoky Mountain are two of the better, in my opinion. The pizza here was cooked to perfection, and for a small I was given a pretty good portion... More

Delicious wood fired pizza. Half of the pizza had a landslide and the other half wound up with a hole in the middle. They made it right by giving is a small Mondo pizza to go. Very delicious and worth the trip!

My gosh this is good pizza. How did Boise get so lucky! Marry me Louis Prima Suprima. Also had the Verde and the Medusa. Yummo.

I go here for lunch a lot. It's between my house and my work, and I'll often meet my husband here. The pizzas are great and unique, and the sandwiches are also very good. I like clams, and I like bacon, but I'm not fond of the pizza, but I do know people that rave about it. I like the... More

Casanova has yet to disappoint. While they are located in a non-descript, strip-mall looking building, on the inside you will find a quaint, albeit homely, little pizzeria with a few tables and booths and small bar top. Pizzas are great as are the salads. Our favorite is the Juno, which comes with a great tomato sauce covered with fresh mozzarella,... More
