I spent three days in Boise, and ate at Joe's two of them. I found the food to be very good, and the atmosphere to be great. Good food, fun, and good prices. Don't know what more you could want. more
Our group of 7 walked from the DoubleTree Hotel next door after a business function. That was a BIG mistake! I suppose if you're a teenager on a date, this could be fun. We enjoy sitting out on the patio and looking at the river. Casual enviornment. The food is average. Overall, good value for seafood. The service varies and is inconsistent. They could improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. more
