While in Boise on a business trip had the pleasure of enjoying Bardenay. The food was fantastic, the servers were very nice, overall service was real slow, yet food quality made it all worthwhile. I will return during next trip to Boise.

Wow, the food quality was a total surprise and delight. my husband and I both ordered a steak dinner. It was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to a tender perfection. The potatoes and asparagus were also perfect. We are going back again this week to enjoy another great meal.

Distillery and a restaurant in Idaho, almost unheard of. Great house made gin, vodka and rum. Even better are the small plate options (appetizers). Salmon croquettes, clams and calamari offer a perfect light lunch variety. Don't forget a dirty martini with blue cheese olives made with their own vodka-quite tasty.

Appetizers are standard - OK. For dinner, the fresh trout was huge and delicious. the bar even distills their own gin - very tasty

My wife and I have been to Bardenay (both Eagle and downtown Boise) a number of times in the past, though it's been over a year. Last night we attended a Chris Botti concert at the Morrison Center, so decided to have dinner at Bardenay on Grove Street. The meal was mediocre at best: Caesar salad not fresh and crisp,... More

I usually go the the same restaurant while in Boise, but decided to try something new, I love the atmosphere, the food was great and the mojito was wonderful.

We took our college-aged daughter and some friends for a decent meal after a long day of travel. It was nice for them to have something besides fast food on their trip. The service was very good and the food was excellent!

Went their with friends for lunch and was disappointed in the service and average food. Seemed overpriced for what you got. Wouldn't go back. Lots of better choices where you can hear who you are talking to.
