Bardenay has one of the more interesting menus at Boise restaurants. This, together with drinks mixed by skilled bartenders, provides a real treat when visiting Boise. Excellent location, too.

This is the place. But once it hits 8pm it is empty. Drinks are good, beer choices okay, don't drink wine but hear that list is pretty good. Food is just average but a little better than pub grub. Service has gone way down over last year or so. Not as professional across the board service anymore. No longer the... More

Bardenay is always my favorite restaurant when I visit Coer D'Alene. T have tried different items in the menu and always it never fails, it is magnificent. I recommend this highly for an intimate lunch or dinner, if you seat outside the view is beautiful. I think the inside is a little noisy I much prefer sitting outside. I am... More

This is a large and busy place which has two other locations. It is centrally located and has sitting both inside and outside. The food is an upscale pub meal, well prepared and very reasonably priced. What is outstanding is the wine list: many hundred labels all well selected at either end of the price range. 30 wines by the... More

I would not go so far as to say I am a huge fan of their liquor, but their food is pretty darn tasty. I been to the one in Bose twice now and enjoyed the food both times. The Reuben is amazing, Germain-Korean fusion, what? Yeah, you'll come back for it again. Service is hit or miss, last time... More

The desk clerk at The Modern Hotel and Bar recommended this place and we were very happy she did. We both had Vespers made with Bardenay gin and vodka to start. Excellent drinks! Hubby had the mac and cheese with chorizo and I had the trout. Both meals were very good. Service was friendly and fast. Good location and nice... More

This was a cute place in downtown Boise, where there are several interesting restaurants to try, a number of which like Bardenay, also have outdoor seating. Bardenay has an extensive, interesting selection of drinks and the food was very good. There were many people there the night we went as there was event for sampling spirits going on in the... More

Good food at a reasonable price. Nice outside seating and the portions are just right. They make their own honey mustard dressing which is very good.

Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner you will be pleased - The drink options are top notch & atmosphere is a great experience. Why go to a formula restraurant & pay that much, when you can go here & get fresh food with cooks who enjoy their jobs. We love stopping here after the Saturday Boise farmers market.
