The first distillery in Boise offering a wide variety of cocktails and pretty tasty food. From 4-6 PM appetizers are on special: try the satays for $2 to $3. The Portabello mushroom sandwich with bacon and bleu cheese coleslaw was very good. They make good burgers and lots of other sandwiches too! It's a big open space so it can... More

Bardenay, after years of being in business, is still one of the most popular spots for dinner and drinks in Boise. After having kids 5 years ago, we haven't been out much, however, during the holiday season we ventured to Bardenay for a birthday party. The place was slammed. Food, drink, and service are still what they were back in... More

My family and I tried this restaurant (Eagle location) for the first time in August 2014. We seldom go out to eat because our daughter has celiac disease and there are virtually no restaurants in the area that take gluten free seriously. Bardenay has a gluten free menu, so we decided to give it a try. (The GF menu contains... More

Late Sunday lunch with wife and adult kids. Had the Yellowfin Tuna Sandwich, incredibly tasty and unique. Service was excellent, restaurant is always a little noisy for me (its a pub for gosh sakes!), but to be expected. I will return......

Stopped by here while on business in Boise after checking out some good places to go on TripAdvisor. While I thought this place would be all about the distillery, the food was actually really good. Idaho is known for it's potatoes and I can see why, I had the Salmon with Garlic mash and it was delicious! Not sure what... More

Great food and cocktail, in the heart of the historic Basque community and a patio with lots of people watching opportunities! My friend had only a few hours in town and it was the perfect place to show off both Boise's history and foodie community.

This is a favorite place for our family when we visit Boise. The food and drink is spectacular and the setting is great. Sit outside if you can!

A staple for a nice night out. They have a local Trout entree that's my favorite, also love their salads. Best place in town to order a Manhattan and a classier place to go for drinks downtown.

Been awhile since I have been to Bardenay since I do not live in Boise. I recommend the Restaurant to my fellow workers and after my experience for Dinner, I can see why! Server was Matt Wagner and obviously knows how to provide EXCELLENT service. Great recommendations on drink and menu items along with dessert. Started with the Mango Habenero... More

We had lunch at this place on a trip to Boise. It was good, average, nothing spectacular. We did really like the atmosphere. Worth a try.
