Noisy, slow service, and average food. Usually, when you order drinks, they arrive before the waitperson returns to take your food order. Not so in this place. REALLY SLOW. And we got there before the crowd - there were plenty of tables available. Sorry, restaurant owner/manager ... when you order a shot of Tequila, do you really have to instruct... More

We recently visited some family in Boise for the Christmas holidays and my sister took us to Bardenay's for dinner after getting off of a long flight. They did not disappoint. The beer selections were outstanding and the food was pretty good. It definitely hit he spot. We almost went back the next day but wanted to try a variety... More

Use to go to Bardenay weekly but stopped going for some reason several years ago. . Easily found a table , waitstaff was nice, food was really good. Wine list by the bottle is much better than by the glass. As I remembered it seems to take while for drinks as it did this time as well.

Over the years, we have eaten at all Bardeney locations, and the food is great. This review specifically addresses the Boise airport location which needs to get a handle on service. The owner and manager could start by reminding staff they are located in an AIRPORT! Folks passing through normally don't have the luxury of time on their hands. So... More

In all our many visits, we've never been disappointed by the quality of the food at Bardenay. While the downtown location is quaint and convenient, our favorite is the one in Eagle. Right on the Boise River, you can sit on the patio in the summer and enjoy the beautiful setting after a bike ride on the path that runs... More

My boyfriend and I had lunch there, it was our first time, it was a little noisy for me, the food was good, not sure I would go back, I prefer a more cozy quiet place

Today, a group of us met at the Bardenay Restaurant in the Basque district of Boise, Idaho. For a Sunday, it was quite busy but this is probably because of fans for Utah state and Akron in town for the Famous Idaho Potato bowl next week. Our server was Charlie who despite the large crowd, had a pleasant humor. Our... More

Been to Bardenay's several times. It's a great atmosphere with great food. I really enjoyed the grilled albacore sandwich. Their stew is delicious too.

Have had brunch and lunch here and have not been disappointed. The food quality is excellent which helps to make up for sometimes slow service. Come here when you have the time to enjoy the ambience.
