We had appetizers and drinks here with our extended family. The pork Lollipops were amazingly good. They were hot, moist, and tasty. The vodka martinis are great incredible. They were the best martinis we had during our vacation

Neat distillery hardware on display, been going there for 15 years when in town. Went there tis time for a large party gathering in the boiler room. The server (one for 50 people) was extraordinary at getting the orders taken and drinks moving. The salad and beer was good but the steak was full of inedible gristle despite a great... More

I travel a lot on business and often sit at the bar at any restaurant for dinner. They had a good beer selection, but since many of the selections were local/regional I was not familiar with many of them. The bartender was very patient with me in sampling 3 or 4 of them. I had the fish & chips and... More

Great afternoon on the patio. Good food and portions, chorizo was excellent, salad fresh and tasty and the service superb.

We visited the location in the Basque district of Boise. There is a varied selection of beer, cocktails and wine, and our waiter helped us to select drinks (including a tasty - and potent - 'Italian Stallion', one of the barman's specialities). The portion sizes were pleasing but more importantly delicious, particularly the cat fish and the very reasonably priced... More

Bardenay has two locations; one at the Basque Block in Boise and the other on the river, in Eagle. Both are in high ceiling buildings and tend to be quite noisy....not the place for a quiet dinner. They distill their own liquor, but be careful...it's different than your grandfathers bourbon. The draft beer selection is very extensive. Alot of local... More

My wife and I visited Boise for the first time looking for a potential new home. The concierge at the Red Lion Hotel recommended Bardenay for dinner. We ended up visiting the restaurant for the three nights of our visit. Sitting outdoors was ideal - it can get loud inside. We had their incredible burgers each night with sweet potato... More

Located in a very cute part of downtown Boise (restaurant row) we picked this place as it was packed. They had fantastic drinks and food was surprisingly good. We sat on the patio and although service was a bit slow, our waitress was personable and knowledgeable. Everyone seemed to be ordering the mojitos but when I asked for a recommendation,... More
