Found Bardenay's by accident when looking for a place to eat on Grove St. on the night of the Basque celebration. The Basque restaurants were slammed, but we found a table at Bardenay's. Good food, excellent cocktails and a huge wine/liquor list. Wow. It's big and noisy, but fun and efficient.

I ate here with my wife and son. The food was well prepared and the cocktails spot-on. I had a pita which was a bit disappointing because it was sirloin instead of lamb. Inside the atmosphere is energetic and noisy and there is also outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful Boise evenings.

I've sat inside, at the bar, and outside on a warm evening. In all cases, the service I got was terrific and the food and drink had enough twists in recipe to be interesting and pleasantly surprising, but enough of what you'd expect to be satisfying as "comfort food" goes. A reliably good place with a loyal local following.

I've eaten lunch at Bardenay several times and it's always been excellent. The service is always good. I've never been there during a real busy time usually weekends), and have enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

Our first visit to Bardenay in Eagle was for brunch, and we enjoyed the food and sitting outside on the patio. Our second visit was a late dinner, and again, the food was very good and the patio area added to an enjoyable experience.

We lucked out with a beautiful evening and were able to enjoy the outside patio. Inside the music and nice would have been too much to enjoy a visit with friends. The menu was full of delightful and unique items. Try the sweet potato chimichanga!

Bardenay has a great menu, featuring drinks made from their own liquors and a delicious vegetarian option: the quinoa burger. Service is friendly and all in our party really enjoyed their meals.
