The co-op is really bustling these days....a new salad bar, new deli cases and great deserts!! A good selection of produce also. A truly good store and shopping experience.....

You can find anything you desire and most of it's good for you. I prefer to shop locally and haven't graced the threshold of the new Whole Foods.

Really enjoyed shopping here. Great selection of foods, cosmetics, oils, wines (although check out the Wine COOP across the street if you are seriously shopping for wine) fresh veggies, meat, deli and cheeses. Nice community feel and service was friendly and helpful. Prices seemed to be right inline with organic, health-conscious items.

Crazy selection of foods. Recent remodel very good. Deli items too good to be true. Cheese assortment - out of sight. From old hippies to stylish grannies, a great spot to people watch. Brand names you never heard of, but who cares. Great meats; and I know my meats! I need a nap now.

Helpful and courteous help are gone, food selections are poorer and fewer. Deli seems to have suffered too. Prices have increased quite a bit too. Whole Foods seems to have dealt them quite a blow.

We go once a week usually. Variety of organic and natural local foods, wines, meats, and beauty products. The burritos are the best I've ever had. I love the changes made and the bar. The sandwiches made to order are excellent. They also have the best selection of cheese you will find in town. The change over of the sushi... More

I liked getting their delicious salads for small meals on a hot day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Much better than the chain stores!

Co-Op wins out over Whole Foods, they have updated and provided area for dinning in. The new Salad and Hot Food bar is excellent something for everybody! The new menu items, bakery to die for along with very friendly staff. One of our favorites is the sandwichs and burritos yum. Whole Foods is just ok I went on 3 different... More

A little more expensive than the usual grocery store, but much higher in quality. This is the place if you like homemade, organic, natural, and locally grown foods. Also a great deli for sandwiches and other goodies, as well as a nice selection of fresh chocolates.

Boise Co-op used to be the only game in town for organic produces, imported cheeses and deli meats as well and supplements. Their attitude has reflected it. Cashiers and service clerks hardly speak to you and it's difficult to find help to locate products. The selection is also very small. Now that there is a Whole Foods and Natural Grocers... More
