It was good when it opened and then went down hill. KIDS cooking. Very hit and miss mainly miss. Can't believed it stayed open as long as it did.
Food was always good, as was the service. The noise level was never good. However, I am sorry it has disappeared; it was a great place to have a nice, served, meal and take small children, too. Giving the children an entire tablecloth to play with was unique and made sense.
I got sick while eating at Romano's and definately would not recommend this place to anyone - they refused to help pay for my emergency room visit, and were very rude when I asked for help in paying my $1400.00 doctor and hospital bills. They denied any wrong doing even though I got sick while still sitting at the table... More
Since we stay at the Hyatt Place across the street, we have usually had at least one or two meals here during our Boise weekend visits. Sadly, we will no longer frequent this restaurant.
