this is the only place we go for pizzas in boise!

we have been going to the fairview store for many years. after we discovered this one we pretty much quit going to other pizzas. not very close to where we live but worth the drive. we like: - friendly and happy servers - all kinds of pizzas: stromboli, all meats, triple pie with jalapeno, just... read more

Amazing pizza, beer selection and garlic bread sticks. We were just expecting a regular pizza place but this place has a sense of humor and so do the servers. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. We had a pizza, salad bar and i forgot the name but it was similar to a calzone. All delicious.

Recently my BF's family took me on a surprise trip to Flying Pie for the Hands-On Pizza Tour. We showed up in the early afternoon and spent a couple of hours hanging out, making pizzas, wearing funny hats, drinking beer, and touring the kitchen. The experience was great! And highly recommended for kid AND adult pizza lovers. The pizza wasn't... More

This was ordered in while at work. I am not sure how long it sat before we got to eat. Because of this I want to try again. Seemed like a lot of unique toppings options. I will try again and maybe go to eat it there next time I go to Boise.

We have been eating at Flying Pie since the 80's and it has always been and will be forevermore my favorite pizza. The ambience is eclectic and comfortable, great place to go with kids. But the biggest draw is the quality of their pizza. It is perfect!

Hands-down our favorite place to eat pizza in the Treasure Valley! Their Gourmet night/pizza buffet is the time to visit and try something new.

Pizza is good, not great. Salad bar is good not great, bread sticks were complimentary but not great. What is great are the eclectic crowd of misfits and renegades that run this joint. They are having some serious fun. Give it a visit, you'll have a great time. If you like my review, click the "like" link, below.

Stopped here on a road-trip because I was craving some pizza. Even though I chose the spiciest pizza and it was sooo spicy, it is still one of the best pizza's I've had. They were busy getting ready for closing but were very accommodating and wonderful. ALSO, the male restroom looks like a rocket ship. What more can you ask... More

"Old-fashioned" pizza parlor with pizza's having the traditional dough thickness. It takes some time to make and cook - not like the currently-fashionable thin crust, brick-oven type pizza that is cooked in 2 or 3 minutes. They have an all-you-can-eat pizza/salad buffet M-F, 11:30-2, that offers about six or seven different pizza pie varieties, including some unusual combinations. When we... More
