Great crust, lots of choices, good seating (meridian location), super friendly staff, good prices, and an awesome unlimited pizza deal on Tuesdays

I knew I was going into a hole in the wall type of place, but food on the floor where you put your feet is not acceptable anywhere. Pizza was alright, honestly the crust had no flavor.

So I read the reviews and thought... can this place be that good. I have had pizza all over the world and I still go back to some of the no name places that gave me the best pie. Well I can honestly say that this place has one of the best pizza pies you will eat. They have a... More

I was staying in Boise for business and felt like eating pizza. I am from NJ so I think I know pizza. I saw a few recommendations on Trip Advisor. I asked at the front desk of my hotel which of the listed places they recommended. They said "you have to go to Flying Pie." I am glad I did.... More

The best pizza in town by far. Great service, fresh toppings, great atmosphere. Several micro brews on tap that change. You just can't go wrong with flying pie pizza.

I've eaten a lot of pizza in my day. This may have been the best. Who would have thought Boise was the place to get great pizza. try their preset combos. I had two different ones (one that had tons of meat on it and one with three types of peppers...I forget their actual names). They are so into the... More

I have eaten Flying Pie several times and I still don't understand the hype. There are several fanatics for this chain and each time I have tried it I have been disappointed. I am a big crust guy and for me if the crust is bad then it doesn't matter what you put on top the pizza will be bad.... More

We had really high hopes about Flying Pie -- the reviews here, the other customers in the restaurant, the parking lot filled with in-the-know pick-up trucks. The pizza was fine and I loved the variety of toppings and sauces, but in the end it was just good pizza, not great pizza. We got three small pizzas with plans for left... More
