This was ordered in while at work. I am not sure how long it sat before we got to eat. Because of this I want to try again. Seemed like a lot of unique toppings options. I will try again and maybe go to eat it there next time I go to Boise.

We have been eating at Flying Pie since the 80's and it has always been and will be forevermore my favorite pizza. The ambience is eclectic and comfortable, great place to go with kids. But the biggest draw is the quality of their pizza. It is perfect!

Hands-down our favorite place to eat pizza in the Treasure Valley! Their Gourmet night/pizza buffet is the time to visit and try something new.

Pizza is good, not great. Salad bar is good not great, bread sticks were complimentary but not great. What is great are the eclectic crowd of misfits and renegades that run this joint. They are having some serious fun. Give it a visit, you'll have a great time. If you like my review, click the "like" link, below.

Stopped here on a road-trip because I was craving some pizza. Even though I chose the spiciest pizza and it was sooo spicy, it is still one of the best pizza's I've had. They were busy getting ready for closing but were very accommodating and wonderful. ALSO, the male restroom looks like a rocket ship. What more can you ask... More

"Old-fashioned" pizza parlor with pizza's having the traditional dough thickness. It takes some time to make and cook - not like the currently-fashionable thin crust, brick-oven type pizza that is cooked in 2 or 3 minutes. They have an all-you-can-eat pizza/salad buffet M-F, 11:30-2, that offers about six or seven different pizza pie varieties, including some unusual combinations. When we... More

We're from Chicago originally, and now Atlanta, and are both pizza lovers. We sought this place out based on all the reviews. The pizza itself was pretty good overall, not the best, but still good. And they have a great beer selection. The free breadsticks were a nice perk, though they were basically just baked pizza dough and some plain... More

The staff was very friendly and the service was good. However the pizza is far short of world famous and definitely does not deserve a high ranking on Tripadvisor. The crust is heavy and bread like, the cheese was put on really heavy and the sauce tasted like straight tomato paste. Maybe I got them on a bad day but... More

We have heard lots of good things about this place and decided to try it out. We were not disappointed by the food at all. We chose the chicken garlic. The chicken on the pizza was so moist and delicious, so unlike most places where the chicken is like rubber. The sauce was divine. Free bread sticks. My only complaint... More
