It's difficult to find real NY style pizza in Boise, but Guido's comes closer than most. Thin crust and toppings by the slice. One slice will last you for lunch or dinner. Guido's also has wine bargains, with a good Chianti at the same price as their other wines, available by the glass. Give Guido's a try--reasonable prices with a... More

I've never been to NYC for pizza, but I suppose it's like Guido's. This is a fun small place with a eclectic group of worker bees. We parked a block away from this downtown eatery and you could smell the pizza from the car. Nice. Its different than any of the other pizzerias since it mimics NY style, which is... More

Boise has great pizza. Don't ask me why, I don't get it, but we do. Guido's is standard NY style. Thin crust, big slices, cheese and standard toppings. It's 2013 so they always have a vegetarian option or two also. This is great for what it is: basic, NY style pizza. Don't overthink it, just eat it, you'll enjoy it.... More

Have loved Guido's for many years. Not easy to get a really good thin crust pizza in Boise - but Guido's usually fills the bill. As others have mentioned, the help usually looks pretty scroungy and are a little lacking in customer service attitude, but they get the job done. The last time we picked up a few slices for... More

At first, I was a little doubtful, but after walking in the restaurant and smelling the wonderful aroma of pizza, I had a change of heart. The prices were cheap (yay!). I got the veggie pizza, and it was PHENOMENAL! If my husband and I were to return to Boise, we would definitely return to this location.

It reminds me of being back in NY, NY. It's one of the locals favs! Great value for big slices. Basil is my personal favorite. Don't forget to fold your slices :)

Loved it. The food was excellent. Thin pizza with a crispy crust by the slice or by the pie. It is loud inside so we sat outside. Wish there was more outdoor seating.

In town to prep for a rafting trip down the Main Salmon. One of the locals in our party suggested this place and the food was excellent and fast. The pizzas and individual slices are huge and delicious. Fresh ingredients, hand-tossed crust, and a blazingly hot oven made for an outstanding pizza that no commercial pizza chain can hold a... Guidos has excellent thin-crust pizza, and you can buy it by the slice. I fed 6 of us for $16 yesterday, and we all were happy with our different slices. We stop in for pizza every time we visit Boise. I'm glad that Guidos hasn't changed their location, or their pizza.
