I think the method for freezing their ice cream could be hazardous to one's health. I've been there 3 times and left with a sore throat each time. Took my niece once and she did too. Weird

As soon as we came into Sub-Zero's we saw it was a little different from other ice cream shops we'd been to. Instead of tubs of ice creams we saw tubs of ingredients. Also a tank of chilled nitrogen. You order the type of ice cream you want and say whether you want anything mixed into it, then the staff... More
