A great date night.

This restaurant is in the heart of downtown, near 9th street, which is always a fun place to visit. They have very unique ingrediants and meals at Fork, that are not found anywhere else. They use very fresh, upper-scale food. It's great for dinner and a romantic atmosphere for date night.

I took my extended family here while I was home on leave. We had a blast. We ordered appetizers, main course, and dessert. Everyone loved what they ordered included my young children. Make a reservation though.

The food was amazing. Service was even better. When we asked our server he was ready with suggestions and they were spot on. "Lamb Popsicle " appetizer was fabulous. The ribs were also amazing.

Reservations are suggested. However, on a Wednesday night, we were able to get a high table for two next to the bar. The people watching was phenomenal as was the wait staff. Lots of suggestions for great eats and places to see in the area. The menu was prepared from local foods and varied, though lots of asparagus. I'm glad... More

While visiting Boise we had a great dinner at the Fork. It is close to everything downtown and you can sit inside or out. A great bar inside where locals and visitors can mingle in a nice setting. The food is priced nicely for its value and quality. We would definitely return when we return to Boise. The waiter was... More

Great menu, wonderful refurbished building, quality food, well presented and good value. Service was very good and resolved issues.... Craft alcohol was well worth it.

Based on the outside appearance of the restaurant, I expected the cuisine to be a little more upscale and similar to its neighbor, the very excellent Juniper. Fork, however, is more middle of the road in terms of its ingenuity. Expect very solid, home-style comfort food with Western influence, and generous portion sizes. Can be crowded/noisy on weekends.

Love the atmosphere and the food. Great service , super good burgers... However, the do serve them on a HUGE wooden chopping board , so all eyes are on you and your food :-) I always get asked what I'm eating - fan y presentation

The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty, good size portions (not too big, not too small) and the majority of the food was from local farmers. We sat outside and our only complaint was the odd (not so pleasant) smell that seemed to be coming from around the alley. It really was a turn off when... More

The local food does very well here: my wife had trout and mashed potatoes, and the trout was perfectly done and the mashed potatoes were outstanding. I had an exceptionally generous portion of ravioli with mushrooms and local cheese (halloumi; haven't had that since I was last in Greece, and it was very good). Good, reasonably priced local wine. It... More
