In Boise on business and enjoyed a walk around the area looking for a lunch place. fork looked good, and had had some very good reviews on TripAdvisor, so I stopped in a for a meal. I had the BCS Salad with grilled Wild Atlantic Salmon. I have to say that this was one of the best salads I have... More

Visited Fork for dinner. Starters were all good. Especially schrimps were liked. For main course we all had burgers. This burger with bacon and cheese was excellent. Only small flaw came from fries which were little soggy. Service was good. Also liked the wine list which had a good selection of US wines. Also some good europeans.

We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful dining experience. Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Food was delicious, and offerings were unique and creative. I asked for a vegan entree with no oil, and they were more than happy to accommodate. And accommodate, they did! Served me a beautiful stacked presentation of vegetables dribbled with balsamic vinegar, and corn succotash.... More

We have typically subbed at the Fork during the earn months so we could enjoy the people watching on the patio along with the meal. We brought another couple for the downtown Boise experience and rather randomly ended up at Fork. The place was lively, but we could still talk. People were friendly but most out all, the food was... Very trendy downtown restaurant. My favorite dish is the Cajun Shrimp, either as an appetizer or as an entre. This is a popular watering hole and meeting place, hence the suggestion about early or late, to assure little or no wait and a booth if desired. Cam (owner) understands customer service and his staff to a good job in that... More

My favorite is their burger -- all local beef and veggies and the fries are fabulous! The service is first class and the interior is casual old brick building chic' Lovely place to take a date or a colleague for lunch. When the weather is nice, there is even outdoor seating. One of my favorites!
