Description: When the Donovan family moved down to Atlanta one by one, they knew one thing was missing: that heapin' pile of Springfield-style yum. That's why they made the horseshoe the front-and-center menu item at their family-owned pub. But the horseshoe isn't the only meal that draws hungry Woodstockers in the front doors. Bangers and mash, traditional Irish boxty, and shepherd's pie are just a few of the other must-eats that elevate the menu a little beyond pub grub. The breakfast is quickly becoming a neighborhood staple, especially with hearty options like corned beef hash and even a breakfast shoe. And that cobbler that makes a cameo in the restaurant's name? Whether you try turtle, chocolate, blueberry, or classic peach, you'll know it's worth it.

This is not a real Irish pub. It does have some elements, mainly of the libation kind. Been twice for lunch and I do make better cornbeef hash at home. Mixed better and moister by far. The fish and chips had a too thick eggy batter and while cooked nicely wasn't overly inspiring. Would probably enjoy it more if I... More

We tried this using a Groupon deal. It was well worth it! Fair prices, quick service, great food, and a great atmosphere.

The service was terrible. Our waitress, Valerie, had been drinking, and she was quite rude. To top it off, I got food poisoning. Will never go again.

The drinks and food here are good - we've been sufficiently satisfied but no wow factors. It would be great if well drinks and mixed drink prices were a bit lower, but otherwise it's not bad.

Very unique menu, not truly an Irish menu, but no complaints. Service is very good and very different , not the same ol' bar food. Brew selection awesome! We love their brunch.

I hestiate to write a review after only one visit but my wife and I had a great first visit experience. The atmosphere is pub-cozy, and my fish and chips with a Guiness was a great combination. My wife had the Sheperd's Steak with mashed potatoes, which was excellent. To finish it off, we had blueberry cobbler, which was to... More

This place knows how to serve a Guiness. I'm not crazy about the food but the beer and atmosphere are good. Good place to hang out have a drink.

The fish is pollock not cod and is mushy not fresh or flaky, the batter was Egg based dough. The corned beef was dry no juice and did not shred like regular corned beef. We left after 1 drink, not traditional not Irish might as well go to a sports bar. The only impressive thing about this bar is a... More

I found this place a few months ago and decided that I wanted to write a review because I think more people should try it. The first time I went I got the fish and chips, classic Irish fair, and was so impressed that it is what I ordered the second time I went there also. If you get something... More
