I came here with my family as I heard alot of talk about the resturant. I had the Magnolia's fried chicken with cheese grits and fried green tomatoes. It was very good.

A lovely place for a casual dinner or formal dining. Great wait staff and food. The duck wS wonderful and the chicken soft as butter. We enjoyed the ambiance and entree. We will be back!

Went here for the first time. Took my Mom for a Late Mother's Day Brunch! It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Quality food and great surroundings especially to talk with family or friends. Limited menu but very well prepared and enough options. Great personal service.

Whilst visiting with family in Georgia my husband and I happened upon a very nice place to have a Sunday Brunch. We were happy to see that it wasn't crowded on the Sunday of Memorial Weekend. Being greeted kindly at the door, we were seated and informed about the Brunch Buffet and other options we could have. There was plenty... More

Had brunch there and only wished it wasn't so far from home as I would definitely go back. The setting is fabulous: a lovely old home that has been turned into a charming restaurant. They even have a fresh herb garden! Dined on a Groupon! The Fried Green Tomatoes are the best I have ever had - very thickly sliced... More

Went with 3 generations to this restaurant for brunch. The food was very good, nice assortment & large buffet. It was a bit pricey but everyone ended up happy, the waitress was excellent, plates were removed as soon as we finished, had a peaceful ambiance, tables not too close to each other, etc. There was a college student there, making... I've been to Magnolia Thomas a few times, for both brunches and regular dinner service. It tends to be fairly hit or miss. This past Sunday's Easter Brunch was a bit of a disappointment. They had a difficult time keeping food items replenished. There were some food items I never saw. I guess my timing back to the buffet was... More

Went to Magnolia Thomas for the 1st time even though we've lived in Woodstock for 17 years. Thought using our Groupon along with the fixed price menu for Downtown Woodstock week would be a good way to give it a try. Arrived for our 8PM reservation and found the restaurant about half full for a Friday night. As soon as... More

Tried the brunch and it was as good as I've heard. Excellent food on the buffet and several items, including Eggs Benedict, that can be cooked to order (included in the price) are really good. Don't miss the cobbler or other desserts. It's hard to save room, but it's worth the effort. Great service, great food. Will definitely return.
