Good Food

A step up from your typical chain Mexican/Southwest style restaurant. We ususally go at least once a month. Owner is hands on with some of his family.

Beware of restaurants in which you order by number. #38 is primarily undifferentiated ground beef in soggy flour tortillas covered in tasteless sauce. You get a generous portion

Being from California, visiting the south west and having Mexican food on the west coast, New Mexico, Arizona and actual Mexico, my expectations for good Mexican food in Georgia were low and still are. The food is bland and very Americanized and quality resembled Taco Bell. Blech. The atmosphere was nice though, like most Mexican restraunts. I won't be planning... More

We had an early supper. We were seated immediately and the service was excellent. The food was the usual Mexican fare and quite tasty. I still cannot find a breaded, deep-fried chile rilleno, though. My wife enjoyed her top shelf Margarita.

A good, inexpensive Mexican restaurant with wonderful service. It's not fine Castillian dining, but the margaritas are great and they don't cook with lard. They are a happy to be in Warner Robins.

Pros; Mexican eateries are like McDonalds; they're all the same. I ordered a Margarita, and it was the same as it is in Texas, Ohio, and Florida. The beans, rice, lettuce, and dips....also the same. Basically the food is similar in all parts of the country, meaning you know what to expect. It was quick. The staff friendly. The prices... More

I found El Bronco to be an average tasting Mexican Restaurant, but probably very good for Middle Georgia. Having lived in San Diego, and Tucson, AZ for over 10 years; I am probably biased in my opinion of what qualifies as Outstanding Mexican Cuisine. Pros: -Very Good Service; - Very Generous Portions (at least for my COMBO Plate I had);... More

I really don't like the smell of cleaners while I'm eating. Whatever they clean the tables with is migraine inducing! Then, your food tastes like cleaner. :(

This is one of the best mexican restaurant that we have eaten at. We love the cheese dip and we go up to Warner Robins just to eat their food. The location is good and it does good with big parties.

I absolutely love Mexican food. Being from Canada, I find we don't have that great of Mexican places to eat. Every time we are in the US I try and make sure we get to a Mexican restaurant. El Bronco was a great choice for dinner! The margaritas were big and cold, we always had chips and salsa on our... More
