Ate dinner our last night in Villa Rica at Gabe's with friends (and all of our kids). The blackberry infused vodka makes a terrific drink to start the evening! Had calamari, boudin balls and the egg rolls as appetizers. Each one was spectacular.! The kids'meals were enough for an adult and the kids loved them. I had Pig en Croute... More

Doesn't matter what you order here. Everything is hot and delicious! Start with the Cajun egg rolls. The goat cheese salad is phenomenal. I was scared of goat cheese and LOVED this salad. The Iceburg Wedge salad is also very cold and yummy. The Shrimp and Grits are out of this world! The pork chops are the most delicious pork... More

The corn and crab bisque was excellent with just a hint of heat. The catfish poboy and the blt were on good breads but were both salty which seriously detracted from the organic flavors. The homemade chips were thin, crispy and would be perfect with a cold brew. Halie, our server was excellent and attentive. She didn't hover made was... More

I love love love their Goat Cheese Salad! I have to eat it every time we go there. And I love their salmon dish. I probably need to try something else but always end up ordering the same favorite dishes!!

Great food and service to compliment at this rustic-gone-modern, Cajun-inspired restaurant. My wife and I arrived around 8:00 p.m. We waited at the bar for a little over twenty minutes before our table came available. Drinks were mixed well with appropriate portions. The crab cake appetizer was well prepared. I would've liked more meat and less filler in the cake,... More

The crab cakes were outstanding. Our meal was delish. The bar had a great selection of beer on tap. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

Nice Creole/Cajun food in an unexpected setting. Crawfish, stuffed catfish and gumbo all excellent. Bouillabaisse would have been a "five" except they served it over angel hair pasta???!!! Too much at starch and no broth. "Scenic view" in downtown Villa Rica is watching the passing trains on the tracks across the street. Not much ambience either, but good food and... More

On our last night in the Villa Rica GA area, we decided to give BBQ a miss and try something else, and Gabe's had been recommended to us. Very glad we went. When I asked about gluten-free options, we were told that there were many, and that some dishes could be adjusted to be gluten-free - big bonus for celiacs!... More
