A sleeper in the Big City of Valdosta

This place is is little GEM in the city of Valdosta. GReat food, atmosphere, entertainment and for a very fair price - What more can you ask!! A dinner of 6 tonight w/ 6 different dinner options - resulted in 6 positive diners! Go outside the Valdosta "norm" and dine ! Giulios!

The parking is horrible and they were out of grape leaves (the reason I came). The waiter and the food made up for the other. I would come back.

The restaurant is in an older home that was converted into a restaurant, it has limited parking but is walking distance from VSU so we parked on campus and just walked across the street. Went with my husband and friends and we all had a great time. Live music playing in the background, great appetizers, and I don't usually like... More

We recently ate at Giulio's in Valdosta. The restaurant is an old house converted into a restaurant. The ambience was very nice, and it would be a great place to take a date for a romantic evening out on the town. Food was very good but a little pricey. I am not used to paying so much for Greek food.... More

I would absolutely return to eat here. My date and I were handled excellently by our server. I have nothing but kind things to say about this restaurant. It was a unique pleasure dining here.

You just can't beat a family restaurant and great home cooking. Restaurant ambiance is cozy, and dinner is like a European evening event where you don't feel like you're being fast-fed and rushed out the door like other restaurants. Take a date and enjoy eating slowly and tasting your food!

My husband and I ate here recently for our anniversary and they've made several changes since we were here last. My favorite of these is that they have moved the partitions to create a small private dining area off from the main dining rooms. It makes a quiet, secluded place for intimate meals. The weedbed swordfish was perfectly seasoned, but... More

We ate here last Saturday evening. The stuffed grouper was fantastic. I usually get the weedbed swordfish and wanted to try something new. Well either one is so tasty, I don't know which I'll get next time. Also tried a new wine. The Brancott Estates Sauvignon Blanc is excellent. Server 014 was attentive and even brought me the bottle so... More

We took two friends out for a birthday dinner so the choice of cuisine was theirs -- Giulio's it was. I didn't know a thing about it; not even sure if I had ever heard of it. What a gap in my dining history! This little place is really, really good and it reminds me of one of the summer-seasonal... More

We have been to Giulio's several times and each time the food is wonderful. This is one place we go each time we visit our son at college and always love it. The food is flavorful, the atmosphere very relaxing and the friendly staff that always makes us feel welcome. A rarity in Valdosta that is filled with the same... More
