We enjoyed the food but the service was some of the slowest. I wish they would hire more servers, that would help the business. I am a food server so I do know a bit about service. more

The food at this new Chinese restaurant is ok. They are located on the outside of the Colonial Mall Valdosta which would be a good location for them since they could get before or after shoppers to dine there. Words cannot describe my overall experience at Fuji. The oysters I ate were warm and they actually charged me extra for eat one piece of crab leg. The service is lousy and the food wasn't all that "international." I do not recommend this place! more
