If you like Southern food..lots of pork fat and loads of cooked veggies, you'll love it. My dad raised me on this; it was a trip down memory lane. I loaded up on pork back and chops, greens, lima beans and black eyed peas. We fed 5 adults and 3 children for under $65.00. Our waitress literally ran to provide... More

Reasonable priced, huge selection, good country food when I didn't want to spend a lot of time being served. Lots of green vegetables. The staff was friendly, like I'd expect in southern Georgia.

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel we were staying in. It was nothing special or even memorable. We were there on their Seafood Buffet night. The choices were clams, shrimp, catfish and crayfish. The clams were rubbery, the shrimp didn't have much taste at all and we didn't try the catfish or crayfish. The veggies weren't seasoned and we... More

Whenever they serve chicken salad on the salad bar, I take it home. They use a homemade recipe that will knock your socks off - light, fresh, flavorful. Also, I fill up a square to-go box and the price is less than $3 and I can get at least two large servings out of it. It's a deal you can't... More

My family stops by this franchise whenever we are traveling near one. Better country cooking than Cracker Barrel, tons of variety, good price. The food is high quality and cooked well, and the place is normally rather busy. Some of the desserts are kind of "meh" and the salad bar is pretty average, but there are so many meats and... More

Stopped here on our way to Atlanta. For the money, the food was very good - lots of choices. Our favorites were the Chicken - Fried and Rotisserie, Sweet Potato Casserole and Mac & Cheese. Salad bar and desserts were tasty also. Very affordable for a family.

Ok...the food is good, and there is lots of it. Think Golden Corral with a southern theme. Lots of people, loud, kid friendly. The catfish and fried chicken were exactly what you would expect, exceptionally good fried fish and fried chicken. The collard greens and green beans were good, but in our opinion, too salty. The mashed potatoes were real,... More

The buffet food was super tasting. I had the best creamed corn ever, it was cooked so tight I thought it was grits. The okra and tomatoes with a touch of onions was scrumptious, so was the fried pork chops. There was an array of vegetables and meats from which to choose. Anyone who does not like the food here,... For a few years now I've frequented Old times and it's subsidiaries, and aside from over eating(can't resist a couple good trips to the desert bar) I've never had a complaint or negative word against the place. Great food, service and prices aren't something I'd ever complain about. If you're in the area I suggest trying it out.
