Amazing food - shocking location - try it anyway you'll be glad you did. Everything they serve is 5 star quality but you would never think twice about it b/c it's by a gas station and liquor store. Just believe everyone who tells you to eat there!

It was not all the restaurants' fault because we had a 7 and 4 year old boys and a 6 year old girl who had been swimming and did not take a nap. But, from the minute we walked in, it was not a good experience. Anyway, it is way too fancy a place (linen tablecloths, napkins folded fancy, etc)...

My family recently visited Tybee. The previous few times I have eaten on the island, I have never been impressed with any of the suggested eating establishments. However, on this trip, we decided to do a little checking and Sundae Café was rated number one. There's a good reason for that...the food is excellent! I agree with another patron who...

If you find yourself on Tybee Island and want some good lunch...make your way to Sundae Cafe!!! It was terrific. The burgers are awesome, the service even better! I had the patty melt but when I say a home cooking plate of fried pork chops and mac n' cheese come by that was huge I almost changed my order. The...

We were told by several people in the Savannah area about this small restaurant. It looks pretty nondescript from the outside & is located in a tiny "strip mall" along Tybee's main street. The inside is well decorated & has a pleasant ambience. We had dinner on a Friday evening. Thank goodness we made reservations otherwise we most likely wouldn't...

We visited the Tybee lighthouse today and were chatting with the staff as we paid for our souvenirs. I asked where they would go for a good seafood dinner, they recommended the Sundae Cafe. I called and made reservations at 5:45 it's a good thing I did. We were staying close enough that we could walk there. We could not...

My husband & I ate at Sundae Cafe 4 years ago & have been wanting to come back ever since. We weren't disappointed. I was a little nervous bringing a 4 year old, so we made early dinner reservations. Our sever was great and helped make the experience fantastic. They were out of pork belly for our appetizer, so we...

Very busy but our server keep our 4 year old grandson entertained at the same time taking care of our food and drink orders.
The seafood is wonderful, crab cakes have very little breading, just large chunks of crab meat.4 different dishes, everyone very pleased. Even our 4 year old loved his meal.
Make reservations, although this restaurant is in...

I had the wahoo special. Super delicious. I also highly recommend the seafood bisque. It had lots of seafood in it, very meaty. The pecan caramel fudge cake/pie is to die for. This is the best food I've had all week. I will be back!
We made reservations a month in advance to be sure we could eat here this time as we couldn't get in on our last visit. I was ready to be blown away given all the great reviews. The whole menu sounded so good it was tough to decide but another in my party and I ended up going with 2...
