I visit Tybee Island frequently. I have been to most of the restaurants on the island, but Fannie's is the one I visit every single trip. I have tried many dishes and never been disappointed. The pizzas and salads are my favorites. The portions are very generous. The casual beach atmosphere is very relaxing.

Another place right at Tybee beach for all kinds of food. We went for dinner. We ordered the Southern Boil. We share some meals and were worried about amount so we ordered a side of onion rings. The side was huge and the boil more than we needed. Famines does not skimp on food. Good portions, reasonable prices, simple atmosphere... More

As mentioned, the food was good. Seems like three different people waited on us, but it may have just been a change of shift or something.

I had one of the salads with fish added. The fish portion was on the small side, but tasted pretty good. We shared a spinach dip for the table. The pita chips were fresh and maybe locally made, but the dip was mostly cream cheese or other filler. Wouldn't order it again. The Red Stripe was cold.

Enjoyed Bloody Marys and some wonderful fish tacos. Spicy pickles weren't bad either. A relaxing finish to a walk on the beach along the ocean. Fannies came highly recommended and lived up to it's billing.

The place to be on the beach, friendly attentive staff. We were there (for lunch) at a quiet time so upstairs floors were not open, upstairs would be ocean view. Tried to go back for breakfast but they were cosed

We tried Fannies for lunch after strolling the pier. They had a decent variety on their menu. Wanting to try everything, we ordered spicy dill pickle chips, a shrimp burger, fish tacos, and a beef tenderloin sandwich. Tenderloin and pickles were good. Shrimp burger and tacos were great. The tacos weren't your run of the mill "here's some Taco Bell... More

Husband and I stopped in for lunch because it looked clean and wasn't too crowded. We enjoyed the Fish Tacos and Shrimp Burger w/fries. Food was served hot and portions were generous. Service was marginal and staff could be more attentive and friendlier. Overall an average experience but food was worth the visit.

Great service and atmosphere. It was a very warm evening the night we were there so it was sort of crowded. But the view over the beach is unforgettable.

Great location, good food and quick service. Located across the street from the beach. Within walking distance to the Pier.
