We wondered out to Tybee island for a short day trip, went to the beach and then wandered around the little town and found Frannie's! I am so glad we found this restaurant, unique and the staff were great!

My husband & I had dinner here our 1st night at Tybee because it was close to our condo. I wasn't expecting much but hoping for decent food. My husband ordered fried shrimp/fries & I ordered the nachos. I guess it was my fault for not asking if the nachos were flour or corn tortillas. I can't eat gluten, so... More

I was here a few nights ago for dinner with my boyfriend's family in Tybee. Walking in, I was not expecting much, but the location was close to where we were staying. The view is nice IF you sit on the middle floor or by the bar, however, the service, ambiance, and food quality was lacking. They had live music... More

We came in and were told it was a 15 minute wait for dinner. More like 30 mins. We waited at the bar, which served us exactly 1 time in that half hour. When we finally got a table we waited 20 mins before borrowing menus from another table because they apparently forgot we were there. When some one finally... More

Service was very slow,,, $8 for a drink that was too strong to drink and they were out of ribs and had no mild sauce for wings.. the only thing this place has is a beach view..

Location was good, across from the beach. We were seated quickly and service was good. We had two apps., and two cocktails each. $60.00. Clamari was okay, but sauce and breading covered up the flavor of the calamari. Baked oysters were small and the toping covered up the oyster taste. I thought the meal was expensive as we dined on... First night in Tybee and were terribly let down! So many food and beer items were sold out by the time we were seated. Our limited choices that we were served was incredibly subpar and inedible. Absolutely the worst food any of is have been served. The waiter was nice but nothing can outweigh this overpriced nastiness. We hope the... More

The waitress kept rolling her eyes at us the whole time. We walked out and left. Will never go back to them.

I can't say much about the food. We ordered chips and salsa. The chips are called Fannie's chips and were deep fried dough chips. I don't know how else to describe them. The salsa was uninspired and didn't taste fresh. However, the beer was cold, and the upstairs fresh air patio was nice.

We walked in & asked if we could sit at the bar - big mistake. The lady working the bar was rude and forgot part of our order. When we reminded her that we ordered another drink, she acted like we were bothering her. Part of our group actually walked out because of her. The food and beverages were very... More
