The chips and salsa are awesome. Not on menu, just ask for them. Lower level is old and boring but has AC. 2nd and 3rd level are open air. During summer they have music or a band. The pizza is very good, so are the quesadillas. The hamburger was kinda boring, but I still love this place and will always... More

Went for Sunday brunch. Server didn't know they didn't start serving the advertised champagne/mimosas till after 12:30. Crab Benedict was more breadcrumbs and English muffin than anything else. Couldn't taste or see the crab. Service was extremely slow and restaurant was not even half full. Maybe close to the beach but so are a lot of other better places. Pass... More

Great view of the beach from the second level. It was a hot day but there was a nice breeze coming from the beach along with fans that were on the deck. The food was what you would expect. Nothing extravagant or anything over the top. The kids had Mahi tacos which looked good and they enjoyed. We really liked... More

Want a great place to eat and look out and see the beach .. Fannie's is the place. Upstairs enjoy the view or downstairs and enjoy the A/C. The beef tenderloin sandwich is excellent as well as the mahi tacos. If nothing else order the chips and salsa. The take a corn tortilla cut it into triangles and then deep... More

Slow inattentive service, unclean interior, small food portions, very mediocre food, and way overpriced. I'd be afraid to see their kitchen/food prep. area. I am not a super particular diner, but this is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been in -- never again, Fannie!

We absolutely loved the top deck view of the beach!!! We ordered the coconut shrimp with pina colada dipping sauce and it was so good!! The only problem is that they don't give you enough. The beer battered shrimp were battered and seasoned just right and everything we ate was well worth it. We will definitely be back!!!

I had time to kill between surfing and the return shuttle to Savannah so stopped here to sit at the sidewalk tables for a beer and a snack. The food was mediocre at best but the location is great.

Our small family went to Fannie's for lunch and was terribly disappointed. I think it took about 10 minutes for our server to get our drink order, then a few more minutes to put in our food order even though we had made our decision off of the menu that looked like it was created by a pre-schooler before the... We wondered out to Tybee island for a short day trip, went to the beach and then wandered around the little town and found Frannie's! I am so glad we found this restaurant, unique and the staff were great!
