After being seated for 45 minutes, we got our entrees. We never received our appatizers. We also ran out of tea. Food was just ok. Service was bad, but we had to pay 18% tip. Food is served on paper plates with cheap plastic forks. Never again!!

Ate at String Ray's tonight. There were lots of waitress who seemed very busy doing their job,but as luck would have it we had a disappearing waitress. After a 25 minute wait she finally arrived to take our drink orders and food order at the same time. After she brought our food she never came back to refill our drinks... More

This place has got to be the best on Tybee beach. We ate here twice in 4 days. Freid grouper, shrimp,& scallops are some of the best i've ever had anywhere and this includes the gulf. great atmosphere with outdoor seating and live music every nite and the kids loved it to.

I have been to Sting Ray's before and it is always delicious! I ordered the Sly's Tybee Island Combo which came with 1/2 lb of shrimp and 1lb of snow crab. That was the best seafood I had on Tybee! The shrimp was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The crab was so good and seasoned perfectly as well. They... More

One of the best things about Tybee Island is the number of locally owned restaurants that offer really good food and as locals we've decided that StingRays's is one of our favorites. We visited again on Saturday night with a group of friends and once again had a great meal. Over the years we've enjoyed a number of dinners here... More

If you want local flavor....this is the place to go! Sting Rays is a throw back to classic beach food and entertainment. Places like this are rapidly becoming extinct....locally owned, great service, awesome seafood and local music. Don't miss this place when you visit Tybee.

Our food was good and the prices were fair. We used a Savannah daily deal coupon for $10 off. Our waitress seemed new and a little unsure; the atmosphere was marred by a guy at the next table smoking a stinky cigar. Other tables were empty but since it had rained and they hadn't gotten around to wiping them down,... More

We had lunch at StingRay's during our recent trip to Savannah & Tybee Island. The grouper was delicious as were the crab cakes! While the place isn't fancy and you are served on styrofoam plates, we were much more interested in food quality than in paying for the ambiance. They had wonderful outdoor seating, service was great and it was... More
