I enjoyed my French toast, bacon and hashbrowns very much, I did, just as much as I enjoy Waffle House on a regular basis as well. Where it lacks though: small hole in the wall, in a not-so-cute-and/or-charming way either. Nothing fancy at all, like, no trying one bit. What I disliked the most is the fact that the wait... More

Good breakfast choices. Parking is 4 bucks a car which to me is a hassle. Staff is friendly and seating is slightly cramped.

It's easy to miss this corner dive because of the dark shades on the windows. But the food is absolutely fantastic. Real good, authentic, down home Southern comfort food - but with a gourmet kick. The Tilapia with grits and eggs was filling without being heavy. The Blackhawk Breakfast Burrito was HUGE. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they... More

The food was great! The staff all work well together. Be prepared to wait for a table and you have to wait outside for them to ask how many are in your party. If you put a tip in the cooks' money jar, they will ring a bell and yell "Beer Money!!"

Very good place to eat. Good service and good prices. Easy to find just a block from the beach downtown.

Ok, this place isn't fancy. So what. The food was fantastic. In a world full of chains this little dive was a breath of fresh air. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was exciting & dramatic. We can't wait to return.

If you like cooking shows the counter is the place for you.. The guys cooking are entertaining.. . I have never eaten anything that was bad.. The earlier you get there the better. The line outside gets long the later it gets.. A must on every visit to Tybee...

We tried all their omlets and let me tell you what, these folks know how to do an omelet. Go Early or prepare to stand in line, the wait may be half a block long. The folks are very nice and they work hard to get as many people thru as they can.

This is the only restaurant we ate at during our family vacation that everyone was happy with. The food is excellent and the service was great. The servers were quick and friendly. I wish we skipped some other places on Tybee and ate here again. There always seems to be a line but it moved quickly.

Got here when they opened. Seated right away with drink orders taken immediately. It took about 10 minutes to get our food ordered and there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant. The food was fine but nothing special unless you consider getting enough food for about three people on one plate special. I don't imagine I would... More
