Gerald's is funky and fun. The food is great. We tired fried and sautéed shrimp, fried oysters, okra, and all the sides. Gerald personally thanked us for stopping in. The limeade is a must. If you are ever near Tybee Island and want great food and a fun place, stop at Gerald's. You won't regret it.

Interesting open air restaurant on main road as you enter Tybee Island. Fresh shrimp was good, BBQ items also looked great. Try the limeade, Servers were very helpful. Parking is tight. Recommend you try this before the more formal and more expensive seafood restaurants on the island.

Gerald is a wonderful Tybee character and his food is terrific. Portions are generous and sitting under the shade is a great way to have lunch before heading to the beach. A must if you are heading out to Tybee.
