We visited stone mountain park on our visit to atlanta. The park was as much fun as I remember it as a child. Be advised not to plan riding the sky lift to top of mountain if it is windy because it does not run if wind is very strong. Also, we went on my child's spring break in March... More

Loved the laser show at night, except for trying to get out of the park when everyone leaves at once, a lot of fun activities. Train ride around the mountain. Be sure to ride tram up mountain or if your feeling energetic just walk to the top, the view is awesome

We spent a few days in Atlanta, and decided to go to Stone Mountain for the day. We bought the Adventure Pass which included almost all the activities. There was a nice variety of things to do for everyone. There is a rope course, science show, history, nature, et cet. We ran out of time and didn't get to do... More

Very nice place to explore and picnic. Walking the mountain is fun but exhausting of course but why not do it when you have the change. Great place to take the family for a day out.

excellent attractions here in Crossroads central area for disney style fun attractions, or off into the wilds if you preferred. Great park, loved the cable car, stone carving, lasershow and mapped walks

Our family enjoyed the experience of taking the Summit Skyride to the top of Stone Mountain. You can also hike the mountain. The view is nice and the kids get a kick in going up so high. Once at the top of the mountain, you are able to walk around and see for miles. Stone Mountain Park has many fun... More

If you live near Atlanta, maybe you can spend an hour or so there once in a while. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places to visit.

We visited this past weekend and had an amazing time. We hiked, played in the snow, got to people watch, saw the 4d movie, visited the antebellum home, rode the skylift, and the list goes on. We are already planning our next trip to see the laser show and ride the train. Fun for everyone.

I loved this place, very scenic and nice! Very festive! I just thought paying $10 to get in was a bit much! Most parks should be free as far as I am concerned its mother nature!

This park has a great rope playground and beautiful trees and grounds to play around in. Stone Mountain itself is fun to ride to the top of and climb around.
