Have been here several times before to get my "southern comfort food" fix before returning to Wisconsin. The perennial hostess - Carol Burnett (not the same as the actress) - nimbly seated us in the midst of 2 large tour groups. The kitchen staff was hopping to keep the food fresh and plentiful. As a result, the line moved efficiently.... More

We went last week for the Friday Seafood & PRIME RIB $24 not including drink. They no longer dothe crab legs, fried shrimp good but batter falling off. Fried green tomatoes soggy , too close to steam. Too many of the sides just didn't look appealing. Prime Rib very good, Fried Chicken, Catfish look tasty enough. We were disappointed because... More

If you love Southern food, then Blue Willow Inn is a must for you! Everything from the cornbread dressing to the fried green tomatoes and chicken n dumpling soup is out of this world! And if you can do it, make sure to also try their seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday evening. Delicious! A fantastic meal in a beautiful... More

The house containing this restaurant is a beautiful old Southern home right on the main street of Social Circle. Buffet contains different meat, fish, vegetables of all kinds (fried green tomatoes are delicious), and a dessert table of cakes and pies. You will not go away hungry. Very reasonable pricing. The pricing is higher on weekends as the buffet has... More

Took my cousins for traditional southern food. Staff was great. We ate buffet style. The food options was; mash potatoes/gravy, ham, Mac and cheese, Lima beans, fried chicken and lots more. I would go back.

Delicious and Southern! Food doesn't get any better. The fried green tomatoes are the best. The only thing that takes away from them is the tomato chutney is to sweet. Ranch dressing from the salad bar is a better balance of flavors for them, so try it.

During a recent trip to Georgia, I visited Blue Willow once on my own and then brought my husband back to enjoy the delicious southern cooking. The food was fresh, piping hot, with such great variety. The fried chicken was out of this world! The service was so friendly and welcoming, and we couldn't believe how affordable the food was.... My aunt celebrated her b'day here. I was hesitant about coming because it is a buffet style restaurant and i do not eat at buffets. Well i love the architecture of the building. I wish it was my home the staff was great and the service was also. The food was not what i expected after hearing such raving reviews... More

We returned to Blue Willow and found the service to be excellent. When I previously reviewed, it must have been an off night.

I took my wife and my two daughters to the Blue Willow Inn (had been there several years ago) and we were all somewhat underwhelmed. This is a buffet-style restaurant and the food is mediocre at best. For the four of us, it was close to $100 for a Sunday lunch. If I had to do it all again, I... More
