Went for lunch with two other friends. One had the muffelata , the other had the Cajun club; both not only looked good, but according to them were great. Myself on the other had ordered the jambalaya , a real loser. Looked and tasted like box mix Spanish rice, meat and fish components were small at best. So go and... More

While the quality of the food is still quite good, it seems as if the number of selections on their menu has decreased. There used to be a higher number of Cajun dishes, but those have been unfortunately pared down. What remains is still very high quality and well worth the visit. You can still get beignets for dessert if... More

He had not put in the order for the appetizer and we said yes we wanted that and a sandwich. The appetizer was brought out. After about an hour the server... More

I can't say that I've ever had a bad meal here. The drunken pork tenderloin is incredible. The fried green tomatoes are spicy and unique. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. Love it.

Atkins Park Smyrna is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch, supper or brunch on the weekend. The menu changes seasonally, but also maintains some popular dishes such as the drunken pork tenderloin, local Georgia mountain trout, special burgers and oysters. Many of the dishes have a New Orleans flair such as the gumbo, creole jambalaya, muffalatta and po boys.... More

This is a superior Smyrna restaurant. I have been numerous times and have never had a bad meal. The theme tilts towards New Orleans-style, especially for the Saturday and Sunday brunches. But any day you can get their Po' Boys, muffuletta or jambalaya. Very well-prepared seafood such as mountain trout, salmon and scallops. Good beer selection with a decent amount... More

Went with friends and all the meals were great. Two people had the Special and raved about it. I had the Black & Blue Steak Salad with Portobello Mushrooms, Lots of steak, & the mushrooms were as good as the steak. Good wine & Beer list.
