Yummy Saturday Dinner

My husband and I ate at Rumi's Kitchen for the first time and we will be back! Our waiter explained everything on the menu in detail. I got the Salman( huge portion and fresh!) and my husband got the kabobs. On Saturdays, they only serve the dinner menu. You will definitely leave here happy and... read more

This was my 3rd time to Rumi's (first in new location) and the food experience has always been the same---great food and great service. We always have the kabobs (huge shrimp, lamb and beef) with the saffron basmati rice and it is always great. The wait staff is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and what you might like. We also... More

Food and service is always good; but if you go on Fri/Sat night you need reservations and even with reservations there will be a wait. Also the noise level will be so loud you will not be able to have an enjoyable conversation if there are more then two of you. For groups of six or more the tables are... More

We visited family in Roswell, GA recently, our host were very excited to introduce us to Rumis Kitchen, they are big fans. We had reservations but still had to wait at least 30 minutes after our arrival, we were not in any hurry as we were more interested in spending the time getting caught up, once we were seated we... My husband and I ate here for date night. I saw good reviews on Trip Advisor, and wanted to try a new cuisine! The wine and food were great! We had reservations at 7pm and it was filling up, but by the time we left, the place was really hoppin'! I would recommend Rumi's! Food and atmosphere is great...give it... More

First off, make a reservation if you go on the weekends. This place gets packed, especially later on in the evening. The waiter who helped us did a great job explaining the menu and the various types of food. The food is great and you know its good too when the same folks who eat there are from the region... More

I would always place Rumi's at the top of any recommendation for friends heading to Atlanta. The restaurant changed locations and was restyled earlier in the year and that vastly improved the overall experience but the food remains fantastic. The Kashk Badenjoon Fried eggplant, Mirza Ghasemi Smoked eggplant, Dolmeh Minced beef, rice, mild herbs, grape leaves, sweet & sour pomegranate... More

I cannot stress enough how good this restaurant is. My Lamb with rice was sublime, perfectly cooked meat which was very succulent and perfectly spiced. The rice was possibly the best I have ever eaten anywhere in the world (including the Middle East). They give you a complimentary starter of wonderful freshly baked flat bread with herbs, cheese, olives and... More
