Surprisingly good ribs

We stopped in for dinner on our holiday weekend. I've been on a low carb diet so in making my choice I decided on a half rack of ribs. Certainly didn't expect to get ribs up to Memphis caliber but I was certainly impressed by what I had. They were very moist and literally fell off the bone. The... read more

Seated fairly quickly. Mothers Day. No silverware on the table. Waitress brought poppyseed rolls with honey butter, but had nothing to spread with. Didn't tell of any specials. She did tell of dessert options

After seeing some of the plates being served (large amounts of fried food) and the clientele (many morbidly obese people) we almost left to find a better place for our dinner. However it was storming that night so we stayed and managed to find a couple things on the menu that were actually quite good (dinner salad and ribs) and... More

We ate at fatz one evening when we couldn't agree on anything else and it was really good! Great service and the poppy seed rolls were the best! We will definitely be going back!

Checked Trip Advisor for restaurants in the area. Picked Fatz because of the reviews. Great choice! We had a sample of the Calabash Chicken, and although my husband had chicken at another restaurant for lunch, he liked it so much he ordered it for dinner! I had the pork chops, which were very tasty and cooked to perfection. They came... More

Best part of experience was our waitress, JC. She was really bubbly and friendly. Had fish and three burgers at our table. Average food. Nice healthy portion of wine and beer. Free rolls and chicken sample for first timers......Bill was about $55 not too bad for 4 meals and two sodas, a glass of wine, and a beer. Don't go... More

First time here and Im sold. Our server Cody offered us a sample of their calabash chicken which was so good we ordered it as an addition to our meal for my bf's lunch tomorrow. The complementary poppy seed rolls with freshly made cinnamon butter was a great way to start our meal. For dinner, we had the old fashioned... More
