Nice, clean family restaurant!

We just returned from Carey Hilliard's and we are full ! Our dinner started with an appetizer of Boom Boom shrimp that comes with a spicy dipping sauce. The sauce is usually poured over the shrimp but we asked for it on the side. I had the scallop dinner and there was so many scallops I could... read more

I always enjoy this local restaurant's seafood and barbeque! I had the chicken finger dinner with a side of their delicious fried shrimp! I have not had shrimp anywhere that tastes quite like this place! They must put gold in the batter! Yum!

Hey when you're tired of the high priced chain restaurants in the area stop by this place. The food is average, but good. Nothing special here, yet the price is right. You won't go home broke buying $3 french fries.

A long time Savannah favorite. I grew up on their GREAT food. I love the Brunswick Stew, best I ever had. They have something new, Smoked then Fried Chicken Wings! Sinful!

In town for a week working at one of the local companies and after a long day just went to the first place I could find. At first glance of menu everything appeared to be fried ( big seafood selection) but they did offer to broil my haddock and it was great and plentiful. The server Lauren did a great... More

This is not an upscale restaurant, but has very good food. The place has been around since the 60's. The locals pack the place for lunch. The wait staff is very nice.

Fried chicken many ways - even on salad. They have a limited beer and wine list. Did you know -- they have curb service? And they have take out. You won't go away hungry. Nice friendly servers and consistent good down home food.

I enjoyed my visit to Carey Hilliard's with my son. The seafood was good, and the waitress was very nice. The prices are good for the menu. I thought the portion sizes were a little small. I am from New Orleans so my thought of portion sizes will always be more than what they are. LOL So when your in... More

We are staying at Hilton Garden-Savannah Airport and wanted to try some place new. We normally eat at Cheddars, Longhorn or one of the other restaurants near the airport. So, we tried Carey Hillards. Probably would not go back . Food was Ok, Service was average. Nothing special.

We placed a "to go" order and it was ready at the time given. Food was prepared to perfection (delicious!) and received large portions. Ordered flounder and Talipa seafood dinner. Very good food and service.
