Poor curb appeal but first-rate food

We were visiting Callaway Gardens and decided to drive over to Pine Mountain for a Sunday lunch. We drove by Three Lil' Pigs but didn't stop because it looked a bit like a run-down greasy spoon restaurant. However, after checking out its competitors we decided to return to give it a try, and we're... read more

Really nice servers and quick. Yes it is right on the street but the picnic tables are supplied with everything you need and the umbrellas are welcome for keeping the hot sun at bay. We had a great meal. I took a pic...:) Prices are SO low and the food is really a big portion and well-cooked and flavorful. You... More

We ordered ribs and Brunswick stew, coleslaw and baked beans. The coleslaw was lacking in flavor, probably because it had sat to long in little containers and had no dressing on it. I added mayo to it. The baked beans were too spicy - I couldn't eat them and the rib sauces were vinegar based and even the mild was... More

Excellent BBQ! Ribs are fall-off-the-bone and pork lion is moist and flavorful. Homemade mild BBQ sauce is very good with just the right kick. Baked beans were a bit spicy, but delicious and black-eyed peas were an unexpected surprise. Atmosphere is very casual; clientele ranged from a biker club to families...everyone was really enjoying the food. There is indoor and... More

Operating in the same location for a number of years and serving some of the best Q you will ever eat. The portions are generous, you will not leave hungry. The flavor profile of the sides is a little spicy but very good. The BBQ is served on Texas toast, no grease. The BBQ is clean and lean. No bark... More

Visiting a more rural area than you are used to is always an adjustment, but something you can usually depend on is finding BBQ. Our group ordered chipped beef, baby back ribs, Brunswick stew , beans, and slaw. I was especially happy with the ribs, still moist and some juicy fat. The entire group raved about the Brunswick, one even... More

We visited Callaway Gardens recently and stopped in Pine Mountain for a little after Christmas bargain hunting in the small shops of downtown Pine Mountain. Three Little Pigs was about a block from downtown, so we strolled down the street to have lunch. The chopped pork sandwiches were huge, My wife and I split one and we couldn't finish all... More

The hot sauce for the pork sandwich is the best. The serve it on the side so you can make a choice in how much you use. The chips were crispy and the coleslaw went great on the sandwiches. Good food at fair prices ( cash only)
