The food is always decent there and of course, the biscuits are out of this world, but the place smells like they need to change the carpet!

Ellen Rioux Yesterday at 9:55am · THANK YOU RED LOBSTER!!! I had a wonderful dinner complements of Red Lobster yesterday. I had emailed their customer service dept and asked them their policy for lost gift cards. After listening to my tale of woe of losing my gift card that my sisters had sent me for Christmas and had only used... More

We had a combination seafood platter and the seafood and salad were very good. The sweet tea and service was also very good -this restaurant is always a good choice for hungry patrons.

We were a party of 8 with a reservation. Still had to wait over an hour for a table. In defense of the restaurant it was graduation day and the place was really busy. It seemed that they were short on staff. The manager took our orders and serviced our table throughout the meal. She was very nice and gracious.... More

Had dinner served at bar ... Service rocked!!! Troy's service was excellent ... Great suggestions and follow through! The red velvet in a jar was delightful.

Went here on a Sunday around 1pm., they did not seem to be very busy, but our wait time was overly long. A good 45 mins when they were not busy. The hostess seemed confused. Finally at our table we waited for refills of our drink for ever and a day and the food wasn't too great either. I do... More

Traveling through Georgia from Florida, we still had a craving for seafood. We decided what the heck let's stop at Red Lobster as it was right next to our gas stop. If you think all Red Lobsters are alike; you are mistaken. The staff at this location blew our socks off. We were seated within seconds of coming in the... More

The staff is friendly enough and there are a few servers who stand out as over the top friendly. It's an average Red Lobster restaurant, nothing really special about the building or the atmosphere. The food prices are a bit steep but they will try to make your experience satisfactory. The hot food is always hot, the cold food is... More

The one thing a customer should expect when choosing Red Lobster is well-prepared sea food. What a disappointment! We chose similar entrees of shrimp and vegetables. The vegetables were acceptable; however, the shrimp were true to name--extremely small. They were supposedly "hand-breaded" but not worth the effort. It has been a number of years since we visited a Red Lobster.... More
