Good food

My husband and I have eaten here many times. Their pulled pork is delicious. I love their fried pickles. You get a pretty good amount for the money. You won't go home hungry.

I've had way better bbq. It had a lot of fat in with it. And I just didn't like it at all. That's all I have to say

Recently visited OB's and indulged in my favorites - fried green tomatoes and the freshly made pit BBQ. The service was fast and friendly and the food was great. Stopped there on the way to Savannah and liked it so much, I stopped again when I returned home a few days later. Very good quality.

We've been to OB's several times when traveling through the area. It's probably not the best BBQ you'll ever have but for us it's always fun to eat here. We shared a platter of beef brisket. Dinners come with the choice of two sides and a choice of Texas toast, corn bread or hush puppies; we opted for the sweet... More

Ok. So their bbq is pretty good, but I LOVE getting the Awesome Potato with pulled or chopped pork. It's HUGE and enough for two meals. Brunswick stew is great. .. the peach cobbler sadly, is not.

I have been driving on interstate by this place for years and always thought about trying it. Glad it took me so long as the food was terrible. If you want a big plate, then this place is for you, as the food was plentiful, just not good tasting. We got the rib, brisket, and pork platter, with onion rings... More

We have driven by OB's for years and decided to try it. The pork had a good smoke flavor but it was dry. The sauce was great and saved the meat. We bought a quart of the mild to take home. The slaw was chopped within an inch of its life and a bit sweet. The green beans were mushy... More

Got off of I-75 to get some bar-b-q on our way back to Ft. Myers. We were greeted and our waitress arrived right away. We were in a booth and I was next to the wall so I had a good view of the grease and grime-yuck! The whole place could use a real good cleaning. I grew up in... More

Have eaten lunch here. Usually get the pulled pork sandwich and eat it with knife and fork because it can get a little messy as a sandwich. I don't understand the difference in cost for pulled as opposed to chopped pork, but pulled is definitely the way to go.

Traveling through and read the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. Rustic restaurant with good service. We ordered the ribs which were ok but not as tender as we had hoped and the pulled pork which was a better choice. Really liked the Brunswick stew but both the fried pickles and fried okra were too... More
