GREAT PLACE TO EAT

This is a great place to eat a good eat. They are always full and sometimes it takes awhile to get seated, but it is worth the wait,

We go there from time to time. The food is good, not outstanding! The noise factor is overwhelming. No way to have any conversation as there are no acoustics. The sounds just 'bounce around'. Had fun in spite of all this...we met several couples we cruise with!!! :)

We had a slight wait for a party of five, but the food was worth the wait. We had four different meals and each were VERY GOOD! I will gladly go back to try something different. Do Not pass up the deserts. Pardon the pun, but the deserts are the icing on a good meal.

It. Is. LOUD. It goes just past the point where it's fun, instead being a bit annoying (especially since the noise is rarely related to any of the games on the screens). We've been going here for about 4 years, and the La Parrilla of old was better. The crispy taco shells used to be made in-house and were amazing,... More

Definitely a Cantina. The food is good and service is fine (we've had great and mediocre). We especially like their verde sauce. Nice top shelf margaritas. The restaurant is loud which is why I call it a cantina rather than a restaurant.

Not all it's cracked up to be. The food is not that great and service was not good. We had cheese dip and had to wait on chips won't go back

If you can stand it, the noise that is, with the music loud and the customers shouting at each other, the mexican food is excellent. I always get the burrito combo covered in Mexican cheese with refried beans and rice. If you have a birthday, they sing to you in spanish. It's a lot of fun but sometimes you have... More

this is my last visit to LaParrilla. Food was marginal and the fish taco hardly had any fish in it. I asked if they could give me a little more fish and 15 minutes later it came back out with a very little additional fish. there must be a better Mexican restaurant on the southside!

If you go to La Parilla you MUST get the grilled shrimp tacos with the Mexican cole slaw on top. I do leave off the mayo and peppers and they are still tasty without them.
