We went for brunch and it was delicious. Had the french toast and enjoyed the convivial atmosphere. Next time am buying pastries. You can watch the farmers market on saturday morning.

You will miss out if you don't come to Sugar Cakes. It came recommended by every local I spoke with and was not disappointed. Get the Veggie Sandwich! I usually don't like them but the flavors were perfectly balanced and the portobellos were so tender. Apparently the chef used to work at the Ritz in the fancy part of ATL... More

We have enjoyed Sugar Cakes first for pastries, them real fast and lunch, and have always loved it. Tonight we has dinner there for the first time and it was amazing. We loved the Asian influence in some of the tapas and some of the entrees. We will be back for dinner in the future.

They have great service, delicious food, ample servings and even use cloth napkins and nice silverware! No self-service, I love it!

I've enjoyed breakfast here several times and I love to sit outside under the trees. If you're from Marietta, you are guaranteed to see someone you know walk by! Breakfast items and bakery treats are excellent, and they also cater for the Strand Theater.

Had breakfast with family while visiting Marietta. Fresh and tasty selections. Could stand better counter service, but will forgive first time. Good locale. Will return for more sweet treats.

The food is good. Nothing spectacular but predictably good. Love to meet friends here for breakfast on the weekend before shopping the market.

Stopped in to get some take home dessert. The girl working the cash register was also responsible for the pastry counter. Waited a lengthy time for service while she checked out dine-in checks. I finally asked about service and she replied - I'll be with you in a minute. After several more minutes and checks for dine-in guests, still no... More
