I have always enjoyed the food and decadent desserts from this establishment. The shabby chic decor coupled with friendly, helpful staff always results in my hubby and I making return visits to this hidden gem. Why endure the hustle and bustle trekking to downtown Atlanta when you can experience fine dining in Locust Grove?

Recent visit on a night when pending winter weather kept crowds away...best food we have had there. Fried oysters were fresh, crispy and plentiful; sides were delicious and Dixie beer matched the meal perfectly. My wife's burger was excellent. Dessert was very tasty. Service was attentive while allowing us to enjoy our time out and never rush us.

We heard good reviews for the French Market and decided to have lunch there after stooping at the Outlets. The menu had a good selection. Both my wife and I had sandwiches with sides. I had the Reuben with fries and my wife had the chicken salad with cole slaw. The serving size was plentiful and the service quick. We... More

Had lunch here with girl friends. We had a delicious lunch. Our waiter was very personable and helpful. There were several different things we wanted to order but liked our choices. The shop was also lots of fun. We spent a bit of time there and left with a few bags. Look forward to going back soon.

Beautiful restaurant tavern and shop, tastefully put together with its charm and ofcourse menu! I ordered a Jailhouse beer and the pecan chicken salad croissant which was amazing. Not to mention the jalapeño coleslaw! To die for.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch with a friend. Waited for the hostess. Finally got sat, and waited 15 minutes before a server came. I ordered a turkey sandwich with onion rings and she got the chicken and waffles. Hers came out with a crusty black hair on the plate and mine came out with the o-rings burnt and dripping with... While negotiating I 75 traffic on Jan 2 we got hung up in a massive slowdown right at dinner time. Rated #1 on Trip Advisor with 200+ reviews and only 1 mile off the highway we headed here. So glad we did. Locust Grove is a quaint little town and this place is the centerpiece. The food is great but... More

Had nice lunch at this quaint village main street-side eatery with train tracks across the street. The store owner was hostess that day and was very friendly. Service was slower than expected and the fried shrimp po' boy and onion rings were slippery but tasty. If you enjoy upscale fried food for lunch, you will like this place. The DR... More
