Chain Restaurant and the Chain Food Experience

You go here for good food at a reasonable price. If you are expecting more stay away from the chains. Was here for dinner, Service was adequate until it came time for the bill then the server was awol. The chicken and ribs were good and the vegetables were prepared well, The margarita could... read more

Got there at 8:15 pm on a Monday night. Staff was very nice. Food just okay. Chicken was cooked until it was completely dried out. Steak was ok. I understand there are not too many restaurants other than fast food in this area. Been to other Ruby Tuesdays that are much nicer. Yet this is best for the area.

Typical chain. Same everywhere. Folks friendly enough. Full menu at lunch. Salad bar clean. Good. But not like years ago. No specialized salads. No fruit. No soups. But was fresh and wait staff attentive. Beats a McFryfest.

Been here a few times, every time the bar is filthy, covered in plates and empty bottles. They a quick to serve you, but the orders take forever, and the food is unpredictable. Ive ordered the same New York Strip three times and gotten a different steak each time. Once you place your order, its hard to flag down a... More

I ordered the petite steak and lobster tail dinner. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese. Her meal came out almost 10 minutes before mine. When mine arrived, I cut into my steak (ordered medium) and it was bleeding. The waitress took it back and said they'd "raise the temperature". She brought it back and it was still bleeding - enough... More

I order a Portabella muhrooms hamburger. I got a champignon mushroom one instead. They argued it was the right kind.

I would like to say that me and my kids got some type of food poisoning from the sample platter which consisted of hot wings, cheese sticks, chicken fingers and S W Egg Rolls. I will never eat at this one again.

How do run a restaurant when you are out of baked potatoes on a Tuesday evening? We when we were told they were out. Second time we have been to a Ruby Tuesday and they were out of menu items. Ridiculous!

Simply not worth the money. As I sit here irritated at the cold Triple Prime burger and fries I was eating, I can’t help but share why I’m so disappointed at my Ruby Tuesday experience today. I’m writing this because frankly speaking I can’t believe that this kind of service is worth the 40 or so bucks I wasted today... More
