This little out of the way spot was a good find. Service was efficient and pleasant and the food was fresh and good. They were very busy and managed to work us in.

I was extremely disappointed in management at this restaurant. A young waiter accidentally dropped a full martini on top of my friend's head. She was drenched! Accidents happen and she handled the situation gracefully, but we were left to clean up the mess by ourselves and it took approximately 10 minutes for the restaurant to bring a replacement drink. And... More

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Located on the lake and remodeled in the period of early 1900's.

We have actually eaten here quite a few times and have never been disappointed with the food nor the service. We went this past Friday for a gourmet dinner with paired wines and it was wonderful. We were very pleased with Chef Ryan's pairings and the flavoring of each course. Wonderful experience and look forward to another one soon! I... More

Excellent meal with a fantastic atmosphere. This is our "go-to" special dinner out restaurant. The food is good and the place just "feels good". I had a Squab appetizer that was fantastic! My chicken entree was a little dry, but the wonderful sauce made up for it. They were extremely busy, so I expect that the chicken had been held... More

Went to Lake Rabun Restaurant for a regional wine tasting dinner. Never been there before and what a joy. Very rustic, warm and casual. Warm fireplace, totally unpretentious . Although the restaurant was filled the atmosphere lead to a private evening with my partner. Wait staff well beyond exceptional knowledgeable attentive yet not intrusive. Dinner was totally inventive and included... More

Seven family members getting together for the evening for food and fellowship. Service was great with Tia. She was very knowledgable about the origins, the textures and the taste of the food. She left no glass unfilled and no special need unnoticed. The resturant manager was Josh and he was giving constant attention to the tables and stopping to speak. The food... More
