When we stopped for an early meal before going into sleep mode, this long-time local diner+ was just gearing up for the supper crowd. Friendly servers, varied menu (lots of variations on the one-meat-plus-two-sides theme, along with a reasonable soup/salad bar & sweet desserts), and great value. #1 had beef stew, green beans & cabbage. Lots of beef, the green... More

Excellent breakfast! Biscuits & gravy were delicious. My husband had the fresh sausage & said it was terrific. The service was prompt and the prices fair. Our server Lisa was very personable!

I went here with my husband because he was raving about the beef stew. He loves it. But I found all of the food to be of poor quality. It all tasted like it was either frozen food or from a can. Even the stew. I didn't like anything except the rolls and corn bread they brought to the table.... More

We stopped here for lunch on a drive home from Florida. The place was crowded - a good sign for a restaurant. Nice down home food and service. If you are looking for a good meat and two southern meal, go to this place.

Traveling through and glad we stopped. Over the many years we have traveled this way but never stopped here. It was our lose! The food was great! Very clean! Very attentive servers! We will definitely stop here when we go this way.

Where do I start....we travel I-75 6 X a year and go to the Farm House coming and going. The daily specials are always wonderful...as well as the best fried chicken in Florida. I favor their quail...not offered in many restaurants....it is killer. Collards like my Mom from Kentucky use to make...and home made biscuits, to die for. The portions... More

Traveling thru the area and needing to stop of a light lunch this looked like an interesting place. There are all the "big name place" at this exit but take my word and bypass they. You will love the local flavor to this place and the staff is so good. Our server knew the menu items and could describe and... More

Farm house restaurant has been around for years and it truly is where the locals eat. The country cooking is just like your grandmother cooked and is always fresh and the interior has a very country setting with painting that can be bought. The owner Greg Bennett is always friendly and his staff is always polite.

This place is a 50-year-old GEM! Southern cooking at its finest! Fresh fried chicken that melts in your mouth, country cornbread muffins you can't get enough of, all the fresh vegetables you can imagine! Need I say more? There is a Cracker Barrel at the same exit, but this is a must stop. So glad we chose "local" over "chain!"
