After spending more than two hours in a famous Charleston restaurant the previous evening we were delighted with the fast service and tasty meals at Latitude 31. Offsetting the splendid water views is the lack of any sort of restaurant decor. In any event the food is well worth a visit

Wonderful view of the river. Attentive, pleasant staff. Crab and Brie quesadilla was terrific! Grilled shrimp, grouper and scallops with mashed potatoes was delicious. Crime brûlée was good too but not the best I've had. After dinner we went outside to the Rah Bar and listened to a band. Fun!

The view was spectacular to begin with, and then the sun set and we could hardly believe our eyes---There we were, eating the freshest mahi-mahi we'd ever had, enjoying every minute of our evening---Our server, Bill, was outstanding, and Kevin came right over to help me take a photo with my new iPhone---All in all, a great experience!!!

The best scallops I have ever eaten. All the food on the island was good, but this was the best and the view is pretty great as well.

While traveling south from Myrtle Beach, en route to Orlando, my son and I decided to stop off for the evening on the enchanted Jekyll Island. After checking into our hotel, we got our bearings and set out for a cozy, albeit eclectic place, to enjoy some fabulous food. That's when we stumbled upon lovely Latitude 31, nestled in the... More

This time we ate there at lunch time out on the deck. Instead of the entree I had three sides: sausage, red potatoes and cole slaw. That was cheaper than ordering an entree. With the exception of the slaw the sides were very large; almost too large. The slaw proton was fine.

Wish I could give this a higher rating, but the food is average. Almost everything we ordered required a substation because they were out. The setting is fantastic, but they need to up the game on the food. We probably should have just eaten at Rah bar instead as not worth the 1 hour 15 minute wait.

Great food especially the freshly caught wild shrimp! Nice view of the wharf during the evening. Dinners are mostly between $20 and $25.

Great view in the evening of the Sun setting in the West over the intercostal waterway. Food was good and a little more reasonably priced from the main Hotel.
