Ok. Typical Dairy Queen. Service fairly quick, considering the crowd. Clean, but not much parking. Everything else closes after 8 so it's your only choice.

My family and I visited DQ several times during vacation. The food and service was good. One of my kids spilled his drink and one of the staff members brought a rag and mop immediately and assisted us with a great attitude. The DQ is smaller than average and was crowded several times when we visited.
This seems to be the hangout for the island since it is the only fast food. You will see it on the right immediately after crossing the bridge onto the island. We were there during fairly slow times but their ability to get even simple orders out was horrible. We ordered 5 ice creams and it took them almost 20 minutes to get it out and there were people there with more complicated orders getting really frustrated with much longer waits and incorrect orders.

We had ice cream, which was way too drippy even for a DQ. It seemed a very popular family spot because it had a full service menu including indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was in a shady area with picnic tables.
Great food , great staff , open long hours , good all - American fast food . Fabulous smoothies Loved it there .
But it's still a DQ. The staff are courteous & the food is fresh. The restaurant is clean & well maintained. But it is new, so well see how it's run in a year or so.
We went to my son's college golf tournament, and it happened to be close to his birthday. This Dairy Queen had an array of frozen cakes for all occasions...so I picked out a cake and they saved it for me to pick up when I needed it. It was a hit with the boys!!!
This establishment is the only place open late that I could find with it being my first time on the island. There was a line backed up to the door and I could see the tickets hanging in the window. An old man was on the icecream fountain complaining about it being slow and there being no reason to stay...
