I ate 'Cafe Solterra' nearly every day during a business trip. Their huge house cinnamon bun was delicious and large enough for two people. The cherry almond danish was good. My favorite pastry was the pecan rolls. I also tried out the caramel mocha frappe which was great. The chicken salad croissant was a bit pricey but still good.

I thought we would be stuck with convenience store and hotel room coffee during our stay on Jekyll Island. We took a ride over to The Jekyll Island Club for lunch at The Grand Dining Room. It wasn't open yet, so we popped over to the Cafe Solterra, also part of the club and just a short walk down the... More

The atmosphere is great at the main building of the Jekyll Island Club and the sandwiches are tasty but it gets expensive when everything is separate. We got sandwiches chips and drinks for six and it was $83. For $9 a sandwich you should get the drinks and chips included..

Great specialty coffee and baked goods. Also serve lunch. After 8pm baked goods drastically discounted.

Stopped by for pizza and sandwiches while exploring the historic district. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices were reasonable. Would be a great place to pick up deli sandwiches for a day at the beach. They have an interesting breakfast menu, lots of coffee selections and fresh baked items. We will be back!

We were not very hungry, but it was lunch time and we were looking for a light meal which would not break the bank. Cafe Solterra in the Jekyll Island Club Hotel fit the bill. We ordered the Vanderbilt Sub, a Tuna Salad Deli Sandwich, and one soft drink. The bill came to $21.62. After placing the order with the... More

We come here everytime we are on Jekyll. We love it, sometimes more than others. We were here twice on this trip. It's a great quick stop and always good.

Great treats (bakery from a bakery type) and Starbucks' lattes! About $15 for a breakfast for two. Eat out on the porch outside or take up to your room.
