Perhaps the name has changed, but there are no signs with the name Cafe Solterra anywhere. The cafe is part of the Jekyll Island Club and you have to park in the Turtle Center lot and walk toward the river. Go up the stairs on the right and there is a sign that says "Club Cafe". Once I got over... More

Stopped in for a beverage and pastry mid afternoon. Staff was very personable and pastry was very good. They serve sandwiches and snacks, I wished we had found this prior to our visit to Doc's snack shack. What we enjoyed was good and fairly priced.

We recently stayed at the Jekyll Island Club and this turned out to be our 'go to' place. It was right outside the door from our room. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks there. The breakfast was great. It is just quick informal breakfast items, but I could live on the cheese danish! I had to have one every... More

This is where you will find Starbucks coffee on Jekyll!!! If you buy a coffee (or fountain drink), you are entitled to free refills all day! The M&M cookie is good as well as their pizza. If you are in the mood for a light lunch, dinner or snack, this is the place to go.

Great sandwiches and salads but super big. We would split them and still had plenty. Had beer and wine, we would have a cold beer after a long hot day.

I made visits to Cafe Solterra for breakfast each morning of my trip and was always impressed with the quality of the food and the speed of the service. Being there for a conference it was also a natural meeting place with colleagues and was a great way to start each day.
