We have been visiting MAS POU for the last 30yrs, it is set in a quaint village and is charming, to sit out in the garden on a July/August night and be fed gorgeous food is wonderful, It is very busy so booking is a good idea but they have now opened another garden so there is more space. The... More

We have used this restaurant often during the last 8 years each and every occasion has been successful. Wide ranging menu, food very well prepared and presented. Friendly, professional service. Set in an interesting small village and the rural museum attached to the restaurant is well worth a visit.

Lovely setting, in summer in the garden and in winter time in the lovely restaurant. Delicious, traditional food with good local wines. Kids love all the snacks with the aperitive. Very nice staff. Come back here every time I stay in Pals.

The restaurant is good, a lot of variety, this is not a gastronomic restaurant, but the quality is good. The staff is kind, service is OK (there again, this is not a gastronomic restaurant). The garden is OK, many many tables all around, but the main thing in this garden is the playground where the kids can play and this makes... More

Food is nothing to rave about here. Its quality is expected from a reasonably decent restaurant. If you can cook and you have honest local produce, you should be able to produce the same - well-cooked home dishes. We had the codfish bean salad and grilled vegetables as starters and grilled fish for our mains with 2 glasses of reds... More

Have been eating here with family and friends for over 10 years, the menu has hardly changed, many of the staff are still around, and the food quality is consistently good. Rustic environment, and the dishes are based on traditional Spanish cooking, mainly meats on the main menu Children well catered for with small choice of specific meals, and large... More

It depends on what you are looking for. If you are into the regular touristic menu, then this place will fulfill your needs. If you are a foodie, then go elsewhere if you can, unless everything else is closed and you need to eat. The whole setup is clearly for tourists, including a menu with about 100 dishes on it,... We come here every year and it never fails to please! The garden is beautiful and the food, magnificent! They have a large space for big groups and a playground for children!

Wow, what a wonderful restaurant! Our concierge at Mas de Torrent highly recommended Mas Pou for its high-quality, traditional Catalan food. She phoned in the reservation on our behalf and provided detailed directions to ensure we didn't get lost on the dark country roads. When we pulled into the village of Palau-Sator, we just knew we were in for a... More

Calcots and artichokes are fantastic. Service is very nice. Food is traditional and simple but very well done and prices remain reasonable with respect to the quality.
