Stumbled upon this location but just wanting to try a chick-fil-a before heading back northeast. I was snapping a picture when the restaurant manager ( I regretfully didn't catch his name), asked us where we were traveling from and welcomed us into the Dwarf House. He gave us an overview of the dwarf house, it's history and the dining options... More

Pretty easy decision to check this place out. I have been to various Chick fil As dozens of times, but never the original. It obviously resembles the more modern version on the exterior than the original Dwarf House, but it's a dramatic difference once you get inside. Imagine a southern love child between Chick-fil-A and Waffle House. You have the... More

As a long time fan of Chick-fil-A, it was unthinkable to be this close to their original location & not stop. Located just on the outskirts of Atlanta, it was not far from our beaten path but well worth the detour. The Dwarf House consists of two parts - your normal Chick-fil-A and then a more traditional diner. Of course,... More

This is the original home of Chick-fil-A and has been around since 1946. You have to try the Dwarf Burger, Iced Box Chocolate Pie and grab a picture at the Dwarf door.

Loved the people watching and friendliness of the server. The sit down service was worth the extra time and I enjoyed the experience of eating in the Original Dwarf House.

The food is typical Chick Fil A food but in a different environment. This is the first Chick Fil A and offers both typical counter service and table service. The service was fast and the restaurant is very close to the airport if you are in that area. There is a small dwarf door you can go in or you... More

We actually just "stumbled" into the Dwarf House...we were looking for the closest Chick-fil-a to where we were staying and it was the Dwarf House (the original CFA restaurant). It was fun to seem some of the pictures of the original restaurant and how it has changed. And of course, the quality was just as good as every other CFA...especially... More

So glad we were able to fit this into our trip. I'm a CFA fan through and through. Was excited to see where it all started. I do have to admit as an interracial family, it did seem a bit segregated if you will. It's what I expected being in the south, although we had been to many other cities/towns... More

Love this place, they have chick dil a if you want that, but on the other side they have the sit down order section. This is the original place for the founders of Chick-Fil-A. They have some pictures up with the history. We had breakfast which was great.
