Good Food

The food and the service was good. I had the catfish and it came out quick. The prices are reasonable. I recommend this restaurant.

There are a lot of good places to eat around Savannah, so Carey Hilliard's would not make my top 15, but you can get a fairly quick lunch here. The service was good and the food was average.

This place is like a fried Golden Coral, but not a buffet. Everything was fried and not tasty. The wait staff were all very polite though :) The value was OK if you want fried, gross food. Sorry I can't say something good about the food. Better off at KFC if you are looking for food. They serve no beer... More

A must stop! We are from Atlanta but each and every time we visit Savannah we eat here and are always satisfied. Huge portions for cheap prices and excellent quality food. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Come on in if you have an appetite and love food that tastes homemade! Not far from our hotel and recommended by front desk staff as a favorite for locals. My husband had chicken and fries and I had the salad and grilled shrimp. We were stuffed when we left and the bill was 26.00 tip included! Situated on Hwy... More

Waiting until you are hungry and then looking for a restaurant never turns out right. After leaving Savannah, my wife and I stopped at Carey Hillard's on the way home. It came up with some okay reviews so we though we'd give it a try. If you check out the lunch menu, most items are not high on the healthy... More

When asked about area restaurants, our hotel clerk referred us to Carey Hilliard's Restaurant. I would also recommend this restaurant to people visiting the area. We ordered seafood during our first visit and it was delicious. The service was excellent (both times) and the waitress visited our table at perfect intervals. On our first visit, my wife and I ordered... More

I had the $5 BBQ sandwich with fries and tea for lunch at the bar. Excellent lunch and super service. Menu has everything from BBQ to seafood. I highly recommend as a local eating place

Carey Hilliard's offers a variety of seafood dishes that our area is famous for. The BBQ is also excellent. My favorite lunch is the shaved ham club sandwich with fries. Great food reasonable price.
