We loved Turnstile! Every Wednesday they had Creamy chicken and wild rice soup that was excellent. They had great food but for some reason it sits closed now. Tables and chairs still there (even the salt and pepper shakers are still on the tables) but it has been shut for months. We are hopeful that it's only temporary.

Everything there is very great!!! It is a bit pricy, but over all well worth the price you pay. The hotdogs are hugh!!!! The sandwishes are Fabulous. The Salads are really good, and The Chicken salad is wonderful. What is an extreme plus is they have chiped ice!!!! LOVE IT

I love Turnstile's chicken salad. I've ate several of their sandwiches but they are pricey for a sandwich you can prepare at home. My favorite is the chicken salad wrap. They are off the downtown square so it's an easy walk from most banks and the courthouse. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. They close at 3.

One of the favorite lunch spots while visiting family. Love the ruben and potato salad and a super friendly staff!

I just tried the chicken salad, I sort of wished that I had been able to try 3 or 4 things that looked good on the menu. the chicken salad was very good, not amazing. the atmosphere is fun, old school, hip.

I met the owner in a store I was shopping and she was so nice and invited me to eat there and it was really good food. I have recommended to several of my friends and they also had a great experience. Parking is a little hectic but there is free parking not to far and the walk was nice... More

We visited the Turnstile deli for lunch during a work weekday, just across the street from the Courthouse in downtown Gainesville Georgia. Even though it was smack dab in primetime lunch hours, they were much less than half full and many of the patrons seemed to be legal professional types on lunch break. You wait in line at the counter... More

I happen to love the style of BBQ that they do pulled and lightly chopped tender and moist with a perfect sauce.Adding it to a potato is a great option for chowing it down. The ruben is also a great eat, crispy buttered bread, good amount and correctly sliced corned beef, make a delicious lunch. Dont forget the peach sweet... More
