Dinner at Scott's last week was terrific. The restaurant is very well laid out and has side private dining rooms and little two tops that are in private sections as well for an intimate dinner for two. The atmosphere was warm and the service was good as expected. There were 17 in our party so it was a very festive... More

From the time we were seated in ultra plush chairs until we departed, the experience was wonderful!!! Service was attentive and helpful. The wine list was perfect! And the food was cooked to perfection! We definitely will go back to enjoy another evening in this lovely setting.

The service was great. Food was mediocre. The worst part was the owner, who doesn't know his rear from a hole in the ground was screaming at his servers about ticket times. Uhhhh.... Shouldn't he know servers don't control how long food takes to cook??? Very low class and unprofessional. Bartender Jan was a rude snobby type. I will not... More

Casual fine dining in a comfortable atmosphere; downtown eatery; great food prepared with attention to detail; grilled bourbon salmon dish was indescribably delicious!

The food was bland, overcooked, and rubbery, the owner was screaming obsencities at the cooks, and the atmosphere reminds one of a funeral home. It was the worst restaurant I have ever been to.

Large restaurant with hardly any customers. There must be a reason the Gainesville crowd is staying away. Maybe it's because of the food. Vastly overpriced steaks that had hardly any seasoning. I ordered my steak blackened and still no seasoning. Service was good ! May go back and try again later but unless they get customer they may not be... More

From the moment we.stepped in until the.moment we left, we felt very welcomed. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the rack of lamb, both cooked to perfection. The chef took time to come to our table to personally ask us how we enioyed our meal. The atmosphere was... I went there for dinner unexpectedly with a friend because holiday parties made the other local restaurants either unavailable or too noisy and crowded. There was almost no one at this restaurant and there was a very pleasant jazz singer in the lounge so the ambience was fine, However, I was shocked at the menu prices. The entree prices were... More

I've eaten at there former spot it was pretty good. The new warehouse location isn't too good. The downstairs bar area is dank and our food was bad. But, we had a large business function so I didn't expect too much from wings and finger foods. But not good. Last month we (me,wife and daughter) ate upstairs. We had an... More

I've travelled the world and had the plrasure of dining at really sophisticated restaurants. I would say Scotts is a "small town attempt at American upperscale dining". The menu is decidedly American taste, the decor is "clean" but bland. The service is the worst part-slow... Although friendly. Overall, steaks are the best choice. Portions are limited. Price is somewhat on... More
