This restaurant is litterally on the tracks - and the train still runs so be careful where you park. The place is always packed and the crawfish and shrimp poor boys are really good. Service is spot on and fairly quick. If you're hungry for cajun this is the place to go in Ellijay.

My wife and I visit this great seafood place often, since it is only 25 miles from our home. The food is consistently very good. I always have the Bayou Platter which has everything on it; gumbo, shrimp, crawfish, oysters, crab cake, catfish and all the trimmings. The price is excellent at $22. We choose to visit in the late... More

The food is very good and the lunch prices are not bad. The dinner menu gets a little pricey. It's been awhile since we were there but we enjoyed the seafood.

Had the muffaletta...stale bread, half-hearted filling. Definitely not "huge". Had way better @ Jason's Deli chain. Will return to try po boys but not optimistic.

Always try to make it to the Depot for good eats. Even with the crowd of Apple Festival they rock the eats. The staff is on it every time. PS: The Redhead Stephanie still rocks.

Great Oyster or Shrimp Po Boys. Excellent & ginormous Muffelatas - turns into lunch the next day as well. Cozy atmosphere, funny & friendly waitstaff. A little piece of heaven in Ellijay.

If visiting Ellijay this a must stop. The old train depot has been turned into a restaurant packed with charm. The food is delicious and the service always friendly.

We read the reviews online and most were good. However, after we waited almost 50 minutes for our food & other tables arriving after us were getting theirs, we asked the waitress to speak with a manager. She came back and said the owner was in the back 'cooking and it would be another 5-10 minutes'. The owner REFUSED to... More
