Poor Service

It all started when they didn't have the wine I ordered. It took forever to come back and let me know they didn't have the wine. The food was very good, but service was very slow.

Took 4 business associated to lunch at Brio this week. Nice looking place and we were seated quickly. A lot of variety on the menu and the server was attentive but seemed rushed. Once we ordered we had to wait a really, really long time to get our food. Not sure why. I had the caesar salad with salmon. It... More

My honey took me here for dinner one night and I enjoyed it thoroughly! The strawberry lemonade was awesome and my pasta was delicious. He absolutely loves this restaurant so we will be back. We highly recommend the strawberry lemonade; it's unbelievably good!!

We have eaten at Brio several times. The service in the restaurant tends to be good to very good, but the service in the bar is definitely lacking. The servers in that area seem to be more interested in talking among themselves rather than waiting on customers. We have observed this nit just in our case but with other diners... More

Having become quite a fan of this restaurant for quick, tasty business lunches, I took a chance on a meeting over Happy Hour at Brio in the bar area. The service was in no way as good as the usual restaurant experience, and our server forgot to come and take our order so we ended up ordering at the bar.... More

I met friends of mine from NY, who also live here in Georgia, and while it was a few weeks ago, the waitress who we dubbed Miss Mary Sunshine (since she had a yellow headband on with a yellow flower) was so entertaining and inquisitive about my friends new children's books, and how she was Marketing them! As well as... More

We made reservations to take my husband's folks for Valetine's dinner. Reservations were for 6:30, arrived around 6:25 and told "we are running a little behind. It will be about 20-25 minutes." The lobby was packed with people waiting. We were finally called 40-45 minutes after our reservation time. Yes, busiest night of the year, but this restaurant has been... More

The only good thing about our night was the Bruschetta sampler. I ordered the light shrimp dish and it was flavorless and not tasty. My friend ordered a chicken dish and he did not even eat half of it, he said the chicken tasted like frozen, then reheated. Our server must have got our order wrong initially, after 30 min.... More

We have done this twice and are on schedule for a third visit. We had family in town and all our local relatives wanted a chance to visit with them. Too much for anybody to do at home. So, we booked a private room for 24 people at Brio in Dunwoody, GA. The room was perfect. The staff was delightful,... More
