Grilled biscuits are super but you must ask for them to be grilled. For years, I ordered the biscuit and gravy that I thought the gravy was just okay.. until ONE DAY I saw a waiter walk by with 'chucks' of sausage IN the gravy - I asked about it and they said "oh that's sausage gravy" I was like... A great place for a quick lunch. Retro look with standard diner fare. A local hangout but we were welcomed. Food made to order. Garden salad was standard iceberg lettuce but helped balance the calories in a real grilled cheese sandwich. Also visit nearby Southeast Train Museum.

We had a full lunch. The chicken and vegetable were great. Who would have thought you would find such great seasoned food in such a small place.

Its better than Waffle House for nursing a hangover. Not someplace to go if you are looking for a good healthy breakfast and trying to lower your cholesterol. A lot of grease with your food. They do know how to cook and egg and get it right and the hash browns are really good. Good ole southern cooking in a... More

Food is mediocre at best. Staff is friendly if you're a regular, if not they don't even see you. Kinda pricey for what the quality.

This is a throw back kind of diner. You can sit in a booth, or at the counter. This is a local hangout, and you can always run into local politicians, business folks, etc., at the Rexall. On this visit I met a friend for breakfast, and the Georgia State Representative for the area sat down and ate with us.... More

I go to Rexall about once every other week-always on Thursdays for their chicken and dressing. It is wonderful and their fried green tomatoes with homemade ranch and so good. They always have homemade cakes too and I get the strawberry to go. Yep it's a ton of calories but worth it! Only complaint I have is it is pricey... More

We checked out this place as Yelp said it was close to our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. It reminded me of the old drugstore counters of years past. One side is a Rexall Drugstore and the other side is a diner type restaurant. Our breakfast was outstanding. We both had omelets and they were fluffy and delicious. We got... More

It had been a couple of years since I last ate at the Rexall Grill but it hadn't changed a bit. Friendly employees, large tables full of locals, neighbors chatting across the aisle. The menu board on the wall lists the days offerings and is full of comfort foods. This is in addition to the printed menu which lists the... More
