Want something nicer than your usual bar and grill? California Dreaming is a great place. Cheaper than a drive downtown, but still excellent quality. Best for couples or groups of adults--the menu isn't especially kid-friendly. Menu is a little pricey but a GREAT value for what you pay. Quality dishes made with quality ingredients.

The menu is very extensive and interesting. The food quality was excellent, the service was top notch and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the experience. Beautiful interior with enough divisions to provide some privacy, and the noise level was quite low.

We arrived with a party of 8 at 5:45 for an early pre-concert dinner with friends. I could not believe the place was packed this early - perhaps it was the pre-concert crowd; perhaps a great place. We were promptly seated. Took a couple of minutes to get orders but nothing out of the ordinary - our waiter provided excellent... More

Hi Don, Thank you for the kind service remarks, it really means a lot to everyone on our staff. As for your BBQ Chicken Nachos, I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy them. They are usually a crowd favorite, the melted queso and BBQ sauce complements nicely with the freshly chicken and cooked chips. We are very sorry that we... More

The food here is reminiscent of a 'road house/steak house' with large portions and fresh sides. I would say it is a notch above mid-average. Prices are maybe slightly higher than comparable places, but worth it. The dining room is large and the tables and booths have plenty of room. It is also conveniently located near the Gwinnett Arena.

Stopped in with hubby for an early dinner before an event at the nearby Gwinnett Center. Menu is pretty typical of mid-level chain restaurants -- ho hum selection of appetizers, salads, soups, and the usual entree choices. It was fine; the food was good; no complaints, but certainly nothing to write home about. Our server was very friendly and attentive.... More

A beautiful restaurant that serves good food (we had salads; hard to make a bad salad; theirs was very good). 2 big salads, onion rings app, no drinks: $37 plus tip. Good food, high price. If you want to spend this much on lunch, go ahead and stop here.

The meal was great and we had a very nice waiter that made sure we had everything we wanted. I ordered the baked potato soup and salad and it was very good. my husband and nephew had a meal and they said it was very good. They both had steaks .There were no dislikes at this restaurant.
